CLAM deposits/withdraw work fine on Tradesatoshi, but the Bitcoin withdraws are currently disabled.  Tradesatoshi posts their wallet info here:  https://tradesatoshi.com/status

I just bought some CLAMS on Bitpop as well, withdraw was smooth.

At least we can have a quick conclusion that the delist from Poloniex is not the end of CLAM. I have never thought it is the end of CLAM, and recent achievements during recent tough period mean a lot of sense for CLAM, the project and investors as well.

CLAM price will do rally impressively from bottom, which reached mostly by shit delist from Poloniex. Moreover, I even have waited for more positive things for CLAM in coming weeks. I am not sure what actually is going on behind the scene but I do believe in CLAM.

This are some great news for the clam community, is great to see the exchange working now and let's hope the trading volume grows fast because now with a low amount of money the variation in the price could be big.

Now the one million question, would this exchange affect the clam price on coinmarketcap? i don't think so.

Not yet.  It needs more time for people to warm up to it.

Just use it as a good opportunity to buy.  Buy while expectations and hopes are low.  Sell when people start thinking there is something to it.

What do you mean by adding BitBay? I know it's a European exchange with several altcoins but there's no CLAM pair.

It's a stable coin altcoin.  Sorry, Xchange isn't about that life.  That altcoin isn't a great fit for us.

We hope to see you in CLAM though <3!

Very slow syncing is a known problem with the CLAM client... unfortunately no one has figured out why, yet. If your client stays open everything works fine, but if you leave things for a few days, the debug log gets filled with errors like "ORPHAN BLOCK 751" and "already have block..."

Just a warning, do NOT use Yobit for CLAM (or anything, really)

If anyone is trying to get CLAM (headless daemon) working on Ubuntu 18.10, Iv'e got a one liner for you:
Code:
curl -L https://gist.githubusercontent.com/daxxog/a2f5db9cbe5fd02770764ba183dc6504/raw/clambuntu.sh | sh

My code works around the ORPHAN BLOCK 751 bug by restarting the daemon if it finds the error in the logs.. Not the most elegant solution, but it works. This script also grabs the latest bootstrap from doog's aws. I also have a version for raspberry pi 3, which is pretty similar since the pi (raspbian) is Debian based (like Ubuntu is).

Feel free to look at the source code (bash):
https://gist.github.com/daxxog/a2f5db9cbe5fd02770764ba183dc6504

Raspberry Pi 3 version: (I haven't updated this to add the "751 fix")

I found the workaround to set the maxconnections=1 - then you will be receiving blocks only from one source and there will be no competition/false orphans (my guess is the client is receiving the syncing blocks from the past AND the current blocks together)

I just updated the bootstrap file:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=623147.msg9772191#msg9772191

Now it goes up to block 2808000 which was staked on Sat Nov  9 11:55:28 UTC 2019.

The advice to connect to a single high quality peer in the previous post is good advice I think. It solves the orphan problem.
