You guys are taking this way to far... if an employee of lets say disney scammed you with one of his side projects (selling cars lets say...) would you go and put hate on disney ?  Would you cease to watch Frozen and Alladin and Mickey mouse.  Would you boycott the Disney brand because an employee of disney scammed you at his car lot which has nothing to do with disney?

+1

I feel for those involved in the mishaps with Jasin's ASIC project. I have been dealing with similar mishaps with an investment I made in another prominent crypto company, but I'm not all over BTCtalk hooting and hollering about it in threads pertaining to anyone who has a shred of an attachment to that company.

This is a case of misdirected anger and I feel like it might behoove us to actually start moderating posts regarding the issue. The last five or six pages have nothing to do with XC except for ATCsecure's awesome new test release/multipool posts.

I don't post here very often, but had to say........holy shit is this debate getting old and annoying!

It's not a debate. I've been scammed by Jasinlee and now XC Coin members are trying to hide it. He was listed as a developer and now all the sudden he's not because there's FUD, but afterall, he's a really great guy with cool ideas

Seriously, if you were scammed contact the authorities, nobody is hiding anything, I am neither judge nor jury.

It is my understanding he is issuing REFUNDS to the best of his ability.  Take it up with Jasin directly and stop trolling this thread

After Jasin pumped Cache from nothing to being worth $1.10ish per coin for a discount.  He's now offering refunds at approximately for cachecoin which are worth apx $0.01.  Pretty good deal - sell cache for $1.10 based on something you never have to deliver then return them when they're worth $.01.

Another way of saying this is "I don't give a shit that he's a scammer.  It's not my problem even though he is an unpaid team member."  Message has come thru loud and clear to any objective observer.

Please take it up with him directly.

lol - we've tried for three months.  I'm editing this to (try) not to span your thread more.

Just wanted to make sure and let you guys know how you've come across to the entire altcoin community.

mate you seriously need to piss off, now you're just getting flat out annoying and destroying this thread with an issue irrelevant to this coin. Can the mods start enforcing bans and/or start removing ALL comments related to this issue. It seems as though people don't know when to stop and its not good for future investors to see this crap. Please deal with it.

You're missing the point. We are PAST investors of one of your developers (cue tektra to say he's not). In 6 months from now, you will be in my exact same position unless XC Coin sorts this out by firing Jasin and aremoving all association. This includes Jasin removing XC Coin from his new enterprises.

He's not giving refunds, and admitted he has no capital left despite taking over $2 million USD in PRE-ORDERS.

Having a dev associated with a closed source privacy platform who is a fraudster and saying it isn't your problem is like being a daycare saying an ex child porn convict who's served his time "isn't your problem."

No idea why you guys cannot see this.

Huh He was listed as the no 2 developer on the website next to you.  I can find half a dozen posts by Teka about him being a dev team member.  I can find some guy saying you guys should "bring him on fulltime" the other day.

Sorry - I was going to keep it to that last post and just modify it to keep from spamming.  I think I've said my piece way too many times.

Good luck with your coin, the sidechains innerchains and Jasinlee.  Hope you guys don't get left holding the bag.

I'm sorry you lost money, honestly, but I think we are just saying that as he isn't a dev on XC there's not much point in posting continuously here. Do you think these guys would be able to influence him to get your money back sooner? Is that what you're trying to achieve maybe?

Yes.  The ONLY time we get any info from Jasin is when we pressure his other projects.  He posted in XC when I was complaining and said his dev stealing funds while stonewalling his investors for information.  When I threatened to tell the people at litecointalk - he decided to let them know.  I learned details about his ASICs from the cachecoin dev.

So yeah ... his other projects are the only leverage we have.  And often those involved in his other projects know more than his investors do.

https://twitter.com/MintPalExchange/status/508307480490045441

"Our FIAT markets will be going live with V2. Support for ACH, Interac and SEPA ready to go. Card support to follow."

This is great news, but I would suggest that anyone thinking of using this feature start with small deposits at first. Moolah, the company now running Mintpal, has had a FIAT service set up for about 6 months now (previously called Prelude) and people's experiences have been inconsistent. I've never had any issues personally, but I know several people who have had issues with their FIAT services.

All I'm saying is, be cautious at first and make sure they've got their FIAT deposits/withdrawals system efficiently managed first before really going for it.

Again, I already mentioned this to you in your other thread on the main board. You're making it out to be that Jasin holds a similar position to Dan in which he has access to everything, and is one of the main Devs. This couldnt be further from the truth and any one that has been with XC since its birth knows this, and knows that Jasin is not really part of XC. He is a small piece of this big puzzle we are building and has had very little to do with XC so far. If you cannot see this, then I dont know what else to say.

If you started the wallet with -distmix-autonode, you need to keep it unlocked and validate your ports are open

all wallets are now xnodes with REV2

however running as a mixer node - [using the startup option] requires an unlocked wallet

For sending private transactions, yes manually unlock before sending

And I'm asking you to do the right thing and end your association with Jasinlee. Maybe if you XC PR people actually listened to us and tried to hear us out, we wouldn't be so present here. Instead you've given different answers to the same questions. You work with Jasin on a day-to-day basis and you don't care that he's committed about every unethical business practice in the book?

Your complete lack of interest in this matter is what is so alarming. You owe your own community an explanation and not one that sounds like it was written from the F1 Mercedes Petronas PR team.

Thank you for clearing that up.
The impression I got from reading posts here over the last day or two, both in this thread and the other one is that Jasin was an XC developer, but had his name removed but was still somehow involved.
I tried here...https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=770801.msg8694544#msg8694544  ...and here....https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=770801.msg8694457#msg8694457   ....to get an answer to this question, but my questions were ignored.

So thank you again for clearing that up

Thank your saying that our PR team is as good as a multi billion dollar company. The community has stated their opinion. As we said previously, jasin is not an employee and if you are serious, call the authorities/lawyers.
