Anyone know how to get the optimized X11 kernel working under Linux. The one where a 280X gets 11MH/s.
It works under windows using sgminer 5.1.0 optimized nicehash but for linux I can't find that version and when I used 5.3.0, it gave me errors when I replaced the bins with the optimized ones.
see my comment two posts over yours. I see, So the only way right now is to use them under Windows? AFAIK, yes. Unless you want to reverse-engineer it. What is this "optimized X11 kernel The one where a 280X gets 11MH/s" ? is there a link ?

I use stand-alone sgminer 5.3 (Nicehash) on R9-390 x 4 on windows 8.1, and the best it can do is 280khs at diff 0.016 and gets 1 share accepted and hangs.... disappointing. There is a rental rig that use at MRR, his R295 x 2 gives me 27M using sgminer 5.1... ^&!$%!$@%

What does the conf file look like for the algo? With sgminer 5.1.1, nicehash 5.2.1, tpruvot 5.3.1 variant I would expect 1.5+ MH/s on a R7-260X. I use intensity at 20 rather than xintensity and set gpu-threads to 2, and let worksize default on the latter variant. Some people have had problems using xintensity on this algo with their cards.

Nicehash's profitability calculator tells me R9 380 got 12mh/s.
Link? It's possible, but not without changing the code. Which code exactly? SGMiner itself or the darkcoin-mod.cl?

Yeah if you are using linux and you have a bunch of Pitcairn or Tahiti cards you need to switch to Windows to get the fast X11 speed.
Swapping the bin file won't work.
