Weird......
I tried 14.4 AND 14.6 beta on MSI 7850, on Windows 8.0 - Not a single bit of performance increase vs. sphminer mod
Anyone know what's the problem?

Did you delete and recreate the .bin files?

Well, tried it out on 14.6 driver and was getting accepted shares. Which I was not woth any other version of sgminer with 14.6
However, it appears that there maybe a problem with the drivers because if you check GPU-Z you will notice that the clock speeds don't change meaning you always running on default clocks.

So 14.6 drivers seem to lock clock speeds for some people (not me, who knows why). If you tried 14.6 and your clocks are locked I have a very easy fix for you. The bins I created below are made with 14.6 drivers, but will work fine with 14.4 installed. So, keep using (or revert to) 14.4, download this new miner, copy these bins into its folder and you should be good to go. Note these are standard settings, 8192 TC, 256 worksize, etc. These were made for a 280x, sorry I have no other cards to make bins with but some other nice person out there with other cards can do that. Anyways link here (it's just the bins, don't worry): https://mega.co.nz/#!5ZZ3QATZ!Tw3htWW-b-rCK0K8q9zC3Gd5eMqY5VSXS4hD4fUgYfgThanks a lot for your work on this new miner. I haven't run it long yet but the speed improvement is real. ~4.3 on X11 and ~3.1 on X13, for a 280x.

this is no use for r9 270/270x , right ?
Yes tried it on 270x too.. No increase on hashrate. No increase in speed at all... 280x are you sure you run 14.6 (or latest beta on linux ?) +1MHs / 280x on my side. and Server sees it too.

I tried both 14.4 and 14.6 beta but for some strange reason, it gives almost the EXACT hashrate as the last sph-sgminer with x11-mod kernal.

Do 14.6 drivers capable to run 6 GPU's in win8.1? I've already tried to install but only 5 GPU's are running okay, can't get rid of code 43 error for the 6th gpu. Any clue?

https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=11761.0Link doesn't appear to be working for the 14.6 modded .infs. Perhaps someone will come along with a mirror.

Is it possible for you to create a X13 bin?

This worked for me: 14.4 or previous -> DDU -> 14.6 -> make your .bins (lots of them ) -> DDU -> 14.4 -> enjoy... I use a 7790 (seven-seven-nine-zero, a bit weak I know, but only ~70W). With 14.6 it went from 1.2MH/s to 1.8MH/s but with locked memory clock (core clock not locked). I removed 14.6, kept the .bin files, reinstalled 14.4 and everything is fine. If I recreate the .bin with 14.4 I get my old low hashrates again... Yesterday, someone said something about putting 14.6 opencl files (dlls?) in sgminer folder, and then compile the bin files (start sgminer). I tried a bit, but couldn't figure it out...
