all those miners sure looks good. i hope your drop cord or 6 way is rated enough amps to pull that load. sure looks like alot on a tiny cord.

Hopefully you've already received your units, EMS looks very slow.

My order is going via the long route using UPS. It is showing expected delivery in about 2 days to Australia.
That's after I pay what should be around $260 odd import tax as well for 4 x S3s.
Cant wait for Bitmain to go back to single unit orders. Don't think that's gonna happen though.
Single orders will get Aussie buyers under the $1000 import tax level.

I ordered my two S3's and got them in two days (I'm also in Australia) and I paid no import tax. I used DHL if that helps

None of my 6 miners show a performance of 441 Gh/s at the pool (438.44, 422.08, 413.11, 411.2, 389, 382.51).  The working temperature of the webgui shows about 40 degrees, does anybody can offer some help how I can increase the performance (read something about restarting cgminer)?

So it seems that the Batch 5's went out early as six of them arrived to me in the UK a little unexpectedly this morning.  Not that I'm complaining, I just hadn't sorted the PSU's yet as I was expecting them to take longer to get here.  Just letting others know so you can expect them soon.

I can't get back to the antminer s3 interface!  I got one of my miners up and hashing because i set it to run on dhcp. So when i plugged it into my netgear switch it started hashing on btcguild like i set up, but i cant get back to its interface either.

I had to configure my ip address bc im on a 10.8.xxx.xxx ip.  When i changed the static address to match my network i can not connect back to make changes in the interface on the first miner i set up. I have not been able to log the cg mining interface back through my web browser to make any changes, point my miner in the direction of my pool, etc.  PLEASE HELP

There is a small reset on on the front of the S3.  Use a paper clip and hold it for 5 secs or so.  That should reset the device back to factory settings and you can then log in @ 192.168.1.99

I thought that would work and tried it but not having any luck.  Still not pulling u the login in the browser. What else could I try?

Make sure you restart/reboot the miner.  Also restart computer and router.

Nothing.  I emailed Bitmain with a screen shot of what I set up so maybe that will help.  Luckily i took a pic with my phone. Im sure it is really easy, and it would be but im setting this up at work (free power) with the different 10.x.xxx.xxx address which has complicated it for me. Now i cant get back into settings, ughhh

People will be less likely to help if they know that you aren't paying for your own power. Many of us have high electric cost.

FYI for those ppl using miners at work. I work in security and most security products are coming out with signatures looking for mining traffic. Most haven't zeroed in on tcp+stratum protocol and just look for http/https traffic heading to probably known sites, but it won't be long before they start looking for that as well since the specs are published. Just be careful and if you don't have explicit permission to use the device at your place of work then take it home.

actually they already have that it is called an ips.. this is ok since you work in network security you can put all your miners in a vlan and tell your ips to ignore that vlan and you are good .
otherwise your traffic will show up in the ips.. and any good security would not have mining ports open on the firewalls by default anyways .

Search this thread with Overclock and you will the instructions to do that...but just the same SSH into your miner and edit the /etc/config/asic-freq file. If you are comfortable with a linux command line this should be easy. Otherwise follow the instructions in the post after searching

He was looking to get the advertised performance of 440Ghs. 600W+ gives plenty of room for that. But yes. The corsair 750W will run just fine at stock. But not alot of headroom for OC.

Why is the Load Average over 2.00 all the time? Shouldn't it be under 0.7 - 0.9 to work properly?

It should be under 1.0 for a single core. Can you disable some logging?

I got an issue with one of my S3s. It does not hash at all. I can connect to it no problem. This one appears to have an issue where the unit does not hash at all. All the settings are identical to the other ones (minus the IP addresses which are statically assigned. I can connect to it from within my lan to get to the web interface. cgminer appears to be running but not hashing. Anyone run into this? It seems like it would be a quick fix. Thanks

Did you open it up and check the cables from the blades to the controller? You could try to reseat the cables as well. If that does not fix it the next step would be to swap out controllers to determine if it is the blade/s or controller. I did not cover the power supply verification as I am sure you have already been down that road. Please let us know what you find.

I will give that a try. I checked on the IP conflict and that was not an issue. I statically assign everything in my network so I know thats not it. But just the same I checked just in case. I will open it up and check it. I  will post back if that was the problem.

Why after I statically assigned my ip address on my miner can i not pull the interface back up on the web browser?

not sure I understand. What do you mean "I matched my IPv4 address"?
IP address of the miner has to be different (after the last .) from your computer/laptop and unique for your LAN (no other piece of equipment with the same IP).
Also, you need a fourth lane-your DNS, which could be same as your router/getaway (10.8.201.1)

I have just always cut the power.  The only other way to do it would be to SSH and shutdown.  But I would not bother.
