back up wallet after receiving or sending coin ?
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

ok my question is if i put them in different blocks say 1k per block for 10 blocks in 1 wallet i would get more then 1k hyp in 30days...thats basically what im trying to figure out...if its possible or not...im looking to get like 1k a month per like 2k coins (estimated) thanks

Using one address is fine, it is what I do. I have 1,454 blocks in my main wallet and I stake well over 1,000 HYP each day. The max reward is per block, not per wallet.

What's the lowest block size in which you can reliably expect a stake in a reasonable amount of time? I have several 250 HYP blocks (like 15) that have an age of 14 now...

Blocks of 250 can still stake, and most of mine do. It can just take 30+ days, but sometimes quicker.  Block of 250 has max weight of about 7500, which is still competitive.

Your day job must consist of cashing in numerous HYP stakes each day. Lucky guy!

It means that none of your blocks is getting rewarded right now. When your block will stake, you will see a new amount (initial block + reward) in the stake balance.
Please read this FAQ question to understand what you should do to stake successfully.

i think i have been very lucky since i was able to stake fairly early with 150 HYP in 16.77 days

"Days To Stake" : 16.77809028,
"Original Amount" : 150.02505400,
"PoS Reward" : 51.71917800,

is the max weight effectively 30 - 8.8 days? so 21.2 days
250 HYP * 21.2 = 5,300 weight
