Hey Presstab I just wanted to say, the latest wallet, has some great updates. https://github.com/presstab/HyperStake/releases/tag/v1.0.6.6My personal favourite though is the fact you've now allowed me to not have to type my wallet password every time I consolidate my blocks together - which has saved me a LOT of time!!! I wonder what other people's favourite new features are? Answers below

now it's mega dump !! The price is just rolling back to its average. Don't panic I like price base 8.5-9.8k Now it's our resistance, but soon it will be our support The hyper POS is great feature to prevent dumping. I could have soled my 5.9K coins and make 100% short-term profit but then I lose my potential stake and that prevented me for take the short-term profit. Next time when the price is 10k or more I sell maybe the POS reward and wait for a dip to buy back. I find the buy support great, not a big dumping after huge rise so I hold my 5.9K coins and enjoy the hyper-pos!

How does automatic coin control work?
Personally, I wouldn't want to see automatic coin control added. One of the things that keeps me intrigued about HYP, is the fact I HAVE to keep checking my wallet to ensure that my blocks are staking, then rearranging them to what I believe to be optimised. I could probably say I'm addicted to checking it. Look at it like a garden - if you don't look after it, your flowers will still grow, but not as well, and there'll be some weeds creeping in there too. I don't want blocks under 1k, (weeds), I want nice strong staking blocks (flowers) to shine through and earn me my optimised interest, and at the same time, compound my interest to give me advantage over others who don't take so much care. Now, if you decided to add an automatic coin control feature, then why not benefit the community wallet with it - set aside 1% of the S4C going towards the community wallet. If people aren't willing to optimise the results themselves, let them pay for it. 1% is nothing in the whole scale of things. Honestly though, consider not adding automatic coin control - you'll take away what I see as a big part of HYP's addictiveness. Just my opinion....... I think it is GREAT IDEA!!!

Huge selloff on Poloniex. Next wave of new investment will follow. Very nice way to look at it! The hyper POS is great feature to prevent dumping. I have to say that although the price has dropped, that I am glad so I can buy more coins. If everyone has even bothered to see what is in store, check out the wiki, followed IRC or this thread, etc. then you will know this coin will go places. I am fairly certain the price rise and people selling stakes just happened to coincide so price would naturally have a dip. Nothing to worry about people. Take this opportunity to buy more HYP and let the staking begin.

The price "panic" seen over the last 24 hours is typical "herd mentality" in my opinion.... a few shepherds over on Polo Trollbox start shouting and the sheeple run scared. You see it over and over again. Soon, the ones who have bought high and sold low will realise they've made a mistake, and kick themselves for it. I keep a close eye on the top wallets, and none of them have shifted in terms of dropping their holdings - in fact, I noticed a certain wallet (msg me if you want the address), taking a very healthy stake of HYP today - over 250,000 to be correct! Think.... why would anyone be buying 1/4million HYP if there were problems ahead? 10BTC+ investment in less than 24 hours!!! HYP, as a coin, keeps going from strength to strength. The technical advances in POS are progressing nicely, there's been no hickups along the way, there's a ton of development in the background, a strong community (check out the IRC page for free HYP when it rains!), and we've picked up trolls too - all good signs of a coin that's going places. My advice? Do what HYP is intended for, hold your HYP, let it stake, and then decide what to do with your interest payments

HYPsters... no reason to panic! Lets put this into perspective real quick, shall we? If you became a HYPster 10 days ago and purchased 3k HYP to stake with, you would have purchased HYP at around 3025 sats (weighted avg for Oct 10th on polo). If that 3k HYP staked in the 10 days, you would have about 3616 HYP. The current buy orders are around 4000 sats on polo right now, so this would be about a total gain of about 60% in 10 days. Nothing to complain about! More importantly, HyperStake is not about day trading, it shouldn't even be about price. It is about pushing proof of stake and crypto economics to its limits, and so far we have been doing that. HYP has one of the most secure PoS networks and the difficulty has been consistently above 1 the last few days. HYP has the first (that I know of) themed wallet that can switch themes on the fly, add more themes without recompiling, let the user customize the themes, etc. HYP has the most advanced coin control wallet ever made, and pretty soon we will rename it to stake control so that we can call it ours. HYP has a good relationship with other coins with insanely smart devs like Tranz. HyperStake has one of the largest, if not the largest, tipbot IRC userbase complete with several channels for rain, games, trivia, etc. Honestly I think if we continue down the path that we are on, then we can be one of the top PoS coins. Peercoin i think shall always be top because of SunnyKing and the original invention of PoS and the excellent maintenance of the wallet security. HyperStake is on the path to be the next best PoS coin, the PoS coin that is much easier to learn with, that shows you all of the crucial details of your staking, that gives you enough stake percentage that it is worth holding it, etc. Lets not let day trader mentality get in our way

If any RaspberryPi stakers around interested, I've setup github with useful scripts related with HyperStake. https://github.com/zeewolfik/raspberrypi/tree/master/hyperstakeFor now I've put shell script for Raspbian which downloads wallet, blockchain and sets everything up&ready, just put your wallet.dat and you are ready to stake! If anyone willing to test it and share experience it would be nice. More things to come later (e.g. scripts for compiling wallets from sources)

Just an orphan. You and somebody else submitted the same block at about the same time. They won. It just reverts to staking, nothing lost. It happens a lot with all POS coins.
