Anybet stiffed players for over $36,000. It's best to stay with the top rated books.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Yeah I heard of that but fortunately I was not part of the group that lost money. I'm glad we have this thread as it got me to move over from a number of shady bookies. I've heard some disturbing news from a lot of bookies from a large number of different users. I guess I want to say Thanks for this thread! Cheesy

I emailed Cloudbet support  last Friday and sent a followup Saturday and no response to date.

Tried to login, didn't accept my login, clicked on "Forgot my password", it said I'd get an email, never got the email.
Tried that 3x altogether, no email (which should be immediately auto emailed) after 3 days. And no support response after 3 days.

Re: Cloudbet -

So it seems they don't respond to you either.

No response for 7 days for me and 3 days for you.

Their "Forgot my password" is broken, no response to cs emails (2), plus yours.

How long a wait is acceptable?

Wouldn't this call for a downgrade?

I'm having an issue with Jetwin support also.

I emailed a question and got a prompt response.

Followed up with a 2nd question and no response.
Sent a reminder/resend email, no response.

Peeps Place 11-24-17 -  "They will definitely be downgraded. I'll wait until Monday."

Summary -

Cloudbet's "Forgot your password?" does not work - no reset ever sent after about 6 attempts on different days.
No response to my emails beginning 13 days ago.
I assume you've received no response for 9 days.

Shouldn't this make them an "F" at this point?

Zero customer support, software for reset password doesn't work.

What more does it take to say they are non-functional?

Jetwin - I sent them an email, received a reply within 24 hours. Very good.

I sent a 2nd email, never received a response to date 11 days later.
Resent that 2nd email 9 days ago, no response to date.

Maybe I got lucky with the 1st email - they have someone come in every few weeks and respond to some emails?

I assume you haven't gotten a response from them either after about 4 days.

Shouldn't this be a downgrade?

I'm going to reach out to them one more time. It would be nice to at least hear what they have to say.

What's the word on mBit for sports gambling?

They have Pinnacle-like odds and a very nice and fast website.

Why the NR?

I'll play there this week to test out deposit and withdrawal times.

If anyone else has experience playing with mBit, please post it.

What did they have to say, if they did respond at last?
