Wow they are some serious gpu rigs! These pictures bring my happy memories of gpu mining flooding back Grin!
They are quite fun, it is a lot more hobbyist that just buying antminer and plugging an ethernet cable. They can be a lot easier to screw up too that's for sure (DAMN YOU ESD!)
The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Ha ha yes I agree, getting them set up and running properly was a nightmare sometimes but very rewarding when everything was working Smiley.

my basement fan exhast setup for my Titan(s) .....a bit over kill but at 105 watts full out on the fan that is less the 10 bucks a month
so i can just run 24/7

I ran around a lot trying to find something that would fit with a rain hood and not just 'cheap plastic' for unit and shutters etc

think this works perfectly..also it is plug in with a chain pull for 3 speeds (again I just run it full out) so it can be re-purposed when the
Titan(s) achieve their long trip to 'doorstop status' Smiley

here are the picks on my imgur page of all my somewhat 'out of control hobby'

http://lostgonzo.imgur.com/

here is the fan itself with my setup (again no rain or other issues with the fan and shutters if it is ON 24/7 don't ya know as you can see from pics)

https://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/roofing-soffits-gutters/power-vents/canarm-12-3-speed-xfs-series-exhaust-shutter-fan/p-2365178.htm

https://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/roofing-soffits-gutters/power-vents/canarm-xf-series-knock-down-hood-for-xfs12-r-16-r/p-2365176-c-13258.htm

Anyway works like a charm..no plastic crap...shutters/etc all metal......well worth the expense for the Titan(s) in basement. Just have all the other windows open in basement and the cross flow is great...if for some reason the 'dog days of" July/Aug I need a bit more 'push' to get the air flow going I'll get one of these and plop them in front of a window at the other end of the basement as a 'push fan'

http://www.amazon.com/Air-King-9312-Powder-Coated-Multi-Mount/dp/B000FMMC86/ref=pd_sim_201_4?ie=UTF8&refRID=16SMJ1C37KWPH9G5J8GA

anyway ...PROBABLY won't have to get the above...but this maybe a good choice for pushing air out of basement if your miner units are not so close to outside windows
and again this is plug in etc and can be used for other uses when home miners go away.....has also plug in and speed switch

anyway working well so far in basement use in upper Midwest if it is 90F outside it at worse is 78F in the basement with just the one fan

anyway hopefully this is useful but this is again the best price for ALL METAL fan of such quality for either fan I could find in searching and basically the ONLY
rain hood I could find that would fit a basement window ..(Need this) ..also be real sure you keep any brush out from around this fan...if the grass say gets
dry for whatever reason near that area WATER IT.... also plastic bags etc could clog it so check this often

anyway my setup good luck

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

Hmm you know you could probably get a solar power kit on that for 150$ for almost everything you need to keep it running off the grid and once your done with the fan you could repurpose it.

Just finished my air handler, only 2TH, but expanding Smiley

The miners blow the hot air right into that metal air handler stuff, and a big mofo exhaust fan pulls out the heat. There are 9 "slots" on the air handler merger unit, 2 in use now. I will user 1 for each miner, probably for S5-s.

Handler on the rig side

Handler on the exhaust side

Completed

Will upload the gpu farm images too Cheesy

Have you thought about ducting the hot air right to your exhaust fan, similar to the post below yours?

yeah I could hang something over to do that ..but to tell the truth the pusher fan idea would prob move more air as is..pusher fan at a window on other side of bsmt that is

the hot air immediately rises to that far corner just from the airflow of the fan blowing air out.....would be some improvement..but as you can see in my pic that far corner

all seems to go up to the top of that corner by the blow out fan anyway ..again fan blowing air out and cross current from other open windows in the basement

A real improvement is to get some longer data cables and power lead y connectors (would have to be pretty long for both) and stack my 6 cube unit 3 cubes high
as such and thus be able to have all the fans blow out the back hit the wall and the heat rises as i mention above

problem is could never get a straight answer out of knc how long those data cables 'could be' and also not sure if stacking 3 cubes high would make a lot of diff
on heat anyway in such a senario ...esp for the middle cube....all of it is probably a 'wash' with what I got

then again getting all the cubes to point the same direction for air flow ...i probably the way to go...but using the KISS principal and both titan(s) which were designed
for only 3 months (orig warrenty that was extended due to saying so on their web page at purchase) it is a frigging miracle these tinker toy raspberry pi B+ 512mb hacked
units still work after almost NINE MONTHS

so using KISS format....I should probably just leave well enough alone..hell i HAVE problems with 'eye contact' with the Titan(s) in case they would be offended and brick themselves
they long for doorstop status and a rest I think ....kinda jury rigged junk to tell the truth (and hell I"ve ROI"d with electric from 2013 on all equip etc..) even so they are still crap made

but again cost of ducting something ..risk of crap falling as such on to titans...the cost of such y adapters and ribbions *the y adapter longer ones would prob be about 16 bucks each
min as such ....

not sure it is worth the effort in that the bugger runs just fine be it 60F or 88F in the basement .the heat don't seem to matter as long as I have air flow

but july and august are coming up so I may have to do both some venting with say a flexible bent hung in a loop down over the miners into outside fan

or the pusher fan at the other end of the basement for 'dog day' no wind days of the hot months

but I'm in 'upper midwest' so stalling see if I can swing ..not doing too much more stuff

(anyway again you are probably correct ...but reading the above I probably in either case need the small pusher fan setup just in case I have above ..there is bound to
be a 90F to 100F no wind day here someday...best to be prepared)

er I've said this before

"stupid hobby' sheesh Smiley

Today I moved some of my miners from one data center to another. About 34 TH or so in hw.
4x S4's
15x SP20's
1x S5
1x S3
3x S1's
Power cables for all
PSU's for all (and some SuperNova G 1300's)
cat5's

It all fit rather perfectly in the trunk of my Volvo lol.
