XMR joining the party and up almost 10%.  I'm glad I added 15% more to my holdings yesterday.

Most Alts are up, XMR is up no doubt but its just one of the pack at the moment.

Hmm?

How often in this space the phrase "Sale Day" is used to mask obvious declines.

In this instance, certainly in XMR/BTC terms, the phrase is well deserved... especially if you have the bitquidity to take advantage.

Are we going to 0.03 by mid next year? I think it's feasible.

Dash at 0.06 currently is disgusting.

I would say we'll violently break .03 in one go. Probably before 1 nov. The coils are loaded.

.042 by xmas

Mid next year .07 is reasonable

Interesting.  The three cryptocurrencies that are not still bleeding profusely are ETH LTC and XMR.
...
Ah yes, the only three altcoins I have major faith in and am willing to hold for long periods of time. It seems most other coins really have no use.

Same here. Well, I didn’t buy yesterday; but I did extensively increase my holdings of Monero by a lot when Monero hit 87 dollars and then I have been holding since then.

I'm starting a technology blog T4CH.top, check it out!

Interesting.  The three cryptocurrencies that are not still bleeding profusely are ETH LTC and XMR.

Too short a time frame to really be conclusive, but it supports the theory that the ALT shakeout will end with a return to only the projects with perceived quality or utility.

(I hold no ETH, but there is no way to ignore it's real and perceived value.  I hold very little LTC, but it's history, plus it's testbed status are carrying it IMO.  And, of course if I had not lost all my XMR I would be happy today...)
Why do you feel happy if you still have Monero today?
I checked the price of Monero and see current value is only 1/2 highest price in last month.
So if you still have money to buy more Monero, I think now is good time to do that, but important you still want to buy it or not Grin

Looks like monero has been dropping a lot in the last week, i dont know the real reason of it, but it is weird to see it dropping a lot because this is one of the most strong altcoins that are on the market right now.
it is so weird.. What do you think guys? will it recover soon or not? it is $86 atm, and it touched $80 on today's morning, i dont know what to expect from monero, i thought it was going to reach $200.

$91 to $87. That is not something huge. Most other coins lost more because of Bitcoin rally. It is always that way.   When Bitcoin stops grow it will suck all altcoins up including Monero.  To perform better then other Monero needs to just do its own thing.
Exactly the price of the most of the coins depend upon the price of the bitcoin and these coins directly relate it. Even when the price of the bitcoin rise we have seen that the whole altcoin market effects it and we have seen its great impact on the altcoin market and when the price of the bitcoin dump the altcoin market dump like hell either it is ethereum, neo or litecoin which are considered as one of the most safest coin to invest after bitcoin. No doubt monero is a high potential coin and it is keeping its price same or decreasing but the market cap is keeping higher every day.

Monero is really appreciated, but I do not believe it can be valued more. The current price seems to be swollen enough. Be careful.

Economics dictates that any such increase in combined value should occur once the split is expected though (not after), ...
Not quite. Economics dictates that any such increase in combined value after market discounting should occur once the split is expected.  But hyperbolic discounting tendencies in crypto create a persistent "arbitrage" relative to rational discounting, for the convicted expector.

What i really hate at the moment is that I don't have any Bitcoin to buy more Monero anymore. Sigh.  Cool

At the rate bitcoin is rising I'd be shocked if XMR got to the likes of .05 within its lifetime let alone .07 and beyond

Each to their own though ..

Do you know that noMore made so low revenue ? The ETH did increase a lot more, Dash and LTC also. noMore is simple "sit duck and cover - do shit except btc rising" coin.

There was a time when people thought $20/xmr was pie in the sky. $1000 is not so far off.
