I know nothing about any phone apps. I know there have been some 3rd person apps created for various incarnations of ckpool software used by different pools (including mine) but I really have no idea if and how they're maintained or what.

i think the app "maintainer" is from the other pool and prob doesnt want to confuse his pool when we hit a solo block.

he might as well just delete our solo hash rate from the app as well?
