There is no way on earth you would hit 17 blocks in 2 weeks with that hashrate, slushpool does "use" your hash power to mine other SHA algo based coins that have very low difficulty whereby finding 17 blocks is fairly easy, the rewards of those 17 blocks is probably equivalent to the amount of BTC rewards you would get mining BTC only.

You can confirm this by looking at the best share your miner scored, if it's => than the current difficulty of bitcoin then you found a bitcoin block.

Second off  I did the math for you you did not hit 17 btc blocks.

On slush pool with only 220th.

So
 A) you are a troll and are simply playing with us.

C) the gui is showing merged blocks due to an unknown reason.

Foundblocks in the miner gui/status page are meaningless. As philip said the only thing that really matters is what the share value is and if it is greater than the current difficulty.

I've been trying to crack a block for what seems like forever. Even doing so as a group seems like a pipe dream at this point and I wonder if it's even possible haha. I'm definitely interested in participating in future endeavors at this if given that opportunity.

This is a lot of work.

But  I have  2 farms I control

One has 560-590 th

other has 1100-1150th

total is about 1.70ph 

I get paid 0.00001761 a th x 1700 or about 0.029937btc a day that is  0.089811

nicehash  would be .0000202   or about 0.03434 a day that is  0.10302 for 3 days

If I did a 3 day rental of my gear  at  0.000019  x 1700  =   0.0323 x 3 =  .0969  the renter would save about 0.00612

I would make an extra 0.007089

your shot would be  about 140  to one for a block  at a cost of 0.0969 btc

I'm in for an extended run with similar odds and buy in if others are as well. My wife would kill me if I gambled 1.25 BTC. It's easier to get it by her if it's in smaller chunks haha...

Any other fools like me out there want to go for round 2 with lower hash rate and longer duration? Maybe 0.25 BTC each x 10. If my math is right that's 1.7PH for over 77 days and 1 in 6 odds.
