why stick miner should not be allowed  I think it is possible, i also have an Pi3b+ with 6 newpac miners Around 300-350GH's. But i often have the Problem that they stop mining after about 1 or 2 hours, sometimes it's running the whole day without Problems, but most of days i have to restart at least 5 times.... running with raspbian... someone can help ? wrong thread go to the newpac thread |

do not be stupid with the money!
cash some out and hodl some.
Whoever it is, probably doesnt even know he hit a block yet  it is a lot of coin. it is just about 123000 usd. i dont think i would tell people i had that much. Holy cow! Congrats whoever you are. That is one small miner! Was he/she mining with USB BTC sticks maybe connected to Raspberry Pi I thought ckpool dont allow those Why USB Miner should not be allowed? never heard it |

That is because most people get confused by the word "Pool", even it is SOLO Mining on an external bitcoind. The only relevant "Numbers" here, are your own diff. and nothing else. That the " Pool overall Stats" are displayed for operational purpose, is what make them think the wrong way. good luck to all miners |

I have tried with the proxy to set it but it always gets changed by the pool
password field d=1024 should work right?

Magic, does it matter much about the diff? I never change it on my few sha-256's i have running. Only really "matters" for the chain miners like Avalons when you have a large group on one controller and 20 miners are represented to the pool as 1. Each miner gets individual work but instead of getting work based on the miners capability (13-15TH) it goes by the controllers (200+TH). |
