Well, no block this time. Thnx god we are splitting the amount we are gambling, or else these would've been really stressing) Ok, we are not gonna give up, still 59 days left until the halving.
Thank you ailikun for your work, I put you a trust note and a merit. And also thank you CoolGuyyyy for the extra hashrate, I put you also a merit so you are not a newbie after writing some posts. And of course thank you con for the solo.pool wich makes that all possible. My pleasure, I hope we will crack this block block sooner than later

Come on my two little s3+'s I actually can't believe how long they have been running without issue bought them back when they were first released nd still solid after all these years with no chips down they don't make em like they used to.
All they need is just 1 block to enjoy there retirement I may even frame a hashboard from one if they find a block!

If I hit a block with one of my S1/S3's/Gekko, that would be enough for me to keep them on for life.. Then again, if they were to hit now, I seriously doubt there would be another block anytime soon for them. However, the last winner here would likely agree to keep the old timers running, especially when they dont really consume much energy.

I agree I still have many miners in boxed as can't afford the power cost here for them but the S3's are fine cost very little to actually run and they give me some heaters which in turn means I could turn off a few storage heaters in the house. I was thinking what if the bitcoin price was to fall back to sub 5k levels for extended period I think we would see a lot of the larger mines struggle again and turn off in turn this could lead to the mining market having a reversal swing back to the small miners this is why I ended up not selling off my gear and just holding onto it for future use I can see a time where we could see something like this happen I don't believe we will always have this uptrend of hashrate but at some point when the price comes down we may have a period where the smaller guys could come back into play. Food for thought

I am currently running 2 - R4's and 2 - S7LN in the house to supplement heat. We have electric heat so it works well. I have 2 - S15 in the garage on low power mode.
Summer will be a killer.... Especially in Alabama.

Um, the find time had to be within the target of 10min average per block... You don't get work for 1 block and just keep plugging away at it, the work changes with every block found.

I think what cygan is referring to is shares submitted which was - "shares": 498,642,983,171 so that tells you they didnt just hop on overnight and start soloing and hit a block, Did some investigating and im going to roughly guess, block finder has been soloing here roughly 6 months and lucked out big time BTCBTCBTCBTC

Here blocky blocky.. I think we should continue to throw as much hashpower to hit some blocks before this..halving thing.. In renting from NH, anyone know if its better to do it in the US or Europe? I see the prices sometimes fluctuate a little; however, I am thinking more in terms of latency and all that good stuff.

@jimjam123, you do know that using rentals is NOT allowed here right? I really hope your question about NH is not in reference to using in the pool!
fuzzy, Please explain on your "rentals are NOT allowed here" Since when was this enforced?

Did the pool and site go down?
Miners seems to have dropped out and website was unavailable for about 10 min there.
