I think they just started mining here and hit the proverbial jackpot!

come to think of it, in the grand scheme of things, 210gb or 14th makes no difference when competing against over a 100 million terahash  , with that being said, that was one hell of a lucky miner, my S9 has been trying for like two years with no luck, which is normal and expected to say the least.
