I've encountered the problem with all later versions of ccminer(tpruvot), which came out after ~April-May, 2016. When I try to mine using myr-gr algo, I get very good hashrate on the miner side (46 Mh). All shares are accepted 100%, but they appear way rarer than normal and pool reports hashrate near 10 Mh. I've tried to change the difficulty using -m parameter with no success. Also I have tried different pools and seen no difference. The early revisions of ccminer(tpruvot) work way better, having poolside hashrate close to the miner reported hashrate. Also I tried the classical ccminer 1.2. It gives the 100% identical hashrates on a pool and in the miner, but has only 40 Mh on my config. What can be the problem with newer tpruvot ccminer? I've tested the GTX1060 GPU on Win7 x64.

Try adding" --diff-factor 05". No rejects but hashrate poolside is about 10mh/s less than it is locally

Testing on ccminer-1-8-3-git-tpruvot 32 bits. Removed "-m 2" and added " --diff-factor 05". Getting 60-70% of rejects instead of 100% accepts with "-m 2". Reject reason: Low difficulty share.

That's around the time he switched to using Cuda 8.0. You are probably better off with Cuda 6.5 for older algos that haven't been optimized for Cuda 8.

What does the "-m " do ?
-m, --diff-multiplier Multiply difficulty by this value (default 1.0)

-m, --diff-multiplier Multiply difficulty by this value (default 1.0) --diff-factor 0.5 seems to work better for my 1050 ti's . The nicehash auto miner seems to work better than 1.8.3
