Yes, their terms are misleading, their terms say the bonus is instant added like other casinos, but it is not actually. It is difficult to describe but you can find some posts in previous pages.

I give you a simple example, you deposit 1 btc and you can get 1btc bonus after you have wagered 30BTC here, so you can get 0.01btc bonus to your account when you wager every 0.3btc, can you understand now?

It is just pretty much "nice wording" for advertisement purposes . On the player's side it is missleading because it is not instantly rewarded but you need to wager some of your deposit first. On the house's side, it is correct because it is indeed instant once you wager something. To be honest this kind of deposit bonus is pretty much better than being rewarded 100 % instantly because your funds arent tied with the rollover amount and you can simply wager abit of your funds and receive some fraction of the bonus as well

totally agree with you, this bonus is better than instant added 100% deposit bonus with 35X-50X rollover, cause over 90% gamblers will lose all of his deposits and bonuses before completing very high rollover, and if they can't complete the rollover, they can't withdraw or they can withdraw but winnings will be void.

Fortunejack, Kweniboo has been a great player at the casino, she also had an earlier big withdrawal (i think she had won 180 btc in that instance) where you guys took i think 2 weeks to payout. It can be frustrating when people win twice and have to go through the same situation again. Maybe this time you should speed up the process so that her faith is renewed. I am sure she has lost a fair bit to FJ as well in the past, as i saw her name on biggest losers at least two or three times. You should probably release some part of the funds to her and do it bit by bit if releasing the whole 50 BTC is going to be a problem, especially if you have to get it from cold wallet or somewhere else. I feel for her as a player because even i would not want to go through the same issue twice. Hope you understand .

I am not sure, but i am assuming that since these slots are provided by a 3rd party, FJ only makes a commission on the slots provided through the 3rd party and hence any big wins need to be checked by the 3rd party before they pay out. If this is the reason, FJ should explicitly state so, so that they are not being blamed for what would essentially be an issue on the part of the slot supplier!
