As rojax stated, we played last week and those wins are from last week. We are talking about the previous week (draw date: 23/08/2015) where we won those prizes and Bingo just froze up. Those wins need to be credited to us as we haven't got them.

None of the other payout went up, just the kings or better went down.  This change was just made before it was even money.

None of the other payout went up, just the kings or better went down.  This change was just made before it was even money.

If you look closely, we increased the payout on 3 of a Kind, though not by much.

Some things are higher and some are lower.  5 of a kind is way lower as is 4 of a kind.  The huge difference is a Natural Royal.  I have tried a few other casinos and they are all the same payscale.  The ones you are higher on, do not make up for the lower payouts you have on the higher wins.  If you look at the overall odds, playing here is a bad bet.  That being said, who know what the code on the other casinos uses.
