Yes you can withdraw the 1.7 and the rest of your available bonus 0,8 btc will be void. This is the different between FJ deposit bonus and the other deposit bonus

You can withdraw 1.7 BTC without any problem, but you can't accumulate any more deposit bonus after that withdrawal. Thus, let's say you deposit 1 BTC, then play and win 0.5 BTC while playing and also wagered enough to claim 0.2 BTC bonus. So if you withdraw now, you won't be able to generate the remaining 0.8 BTC which you could in case of not withdrawing any money.
