Woo, about time!  We've been block deficient for a while now, great to see a couple roll in like that.  Especially nice when I am out of town and come home to see the block solves.  Let's keep them coming, team Bitminter!

I hope things pick up soon. I looked through my previous transactions to see how many blocks per month we are getting. We used to get 10 blocks per month (well since ive been mining here). I'm hoping last month was just a bad month with only 6 as I need minimum 10 blocks a month to break even with the small share I earn  Sad

You do understand if the pool hashrate stays the same and the network continues to grow the block frequency is only going to continue to space out creating less blocks per month, right?

Of course, I fully understand the hashrate has fallen and the difficulty has increased. Just wishful thinking I guess  Undecided

I am hoping that this one gets solved and that we get a few good ones following it.

Me too, especially since I am right on the cusp of my preset payout amount, and nothing is better than getting a little freshly mined coin in your wallet!

I see a red block and I wanted it painted green.
I have to turn my head until the redness goes.

Tongue

Nice I'm glad someone picked up on the song. Now where the hell did this 10ph come from? I think himawan is determined to crack this one. I hope it's gets us a double whammy!

Was a good one and good song. Funny enough, I've been playing the cover by Hidden Citizens to death lately, so it made me laugh extra. Smiley Yeah, we need all the help we can get to see more green! At this point, I'm just burning electricity with the small amount of old miners I've left on. It's a shame that my +.11c kwh is not worth it anymore to buy a new miner.

Well, that one is done. We need a few greens now to help make up for all the red. Smiley

Heh heh, I'm just happy to get a few more blocks under my belt and get to my payout threshold.  Now I just need to finish resyncing core so I can see the lovely coin in my wallet.

username was set up my login from bitminter..

in bitminter i made one worker like my login in bitminter...

but when i see statistics, i see nothing, 0 workers, 0 Ghps...

PCs are useless for mining. You need to buy ASIC hardware. Popular right now are Antminer R4 and S9 from bitmaintech.com
There's also used mining hardware on ebay and similar places. But don't buy outdated USB-based hardware that is both extremely slow and extremely expensive per GH/s.

what is "shift" , what is "share"  and how it works??

The work (shares) you do is registered in shifts. When someone in the pool finds a block the coins we earn from that block are paid depending on how much work you did in the last 10 shifts.

Some more details on how the payouts work here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=27062.msg2769824#msg2769824

Thanks DrHaribo for answer.

It means, i will earn nothing from PC, or i will earn only few satoshi?
my performance is around 40Mh/s  , but this pc can work non stop.

and can you please tell me, how to fill username to see my statistics in bitminter web page?

thanks

You earn a couple satoshis. You can never cash them out. To reach the minimum cash out limit would take years. And we have the lowest cash out limit of any pool, as far as I know. (when you use "send coins", not auto cash out)

40 MH/s was extremely slow even in 2011, about CPU-level speed, and would not be recommended even then. In 2011 most people mined with gaming GPUs that did around 300 MH/s.

and can you please tell me, how to fill username to see my statistics in bitminter web page?

Not sure what you mean here. If you mine with the correct user name then you should see accepted work being registered, although it may take many hours with such a low hashrate. You will not see a live hashrate though. At 0.04 GH/s you are mining so slow the website can't tell if you are mining, and even if it could it would be rounded down to 0 GH/s for the live hashrate display.

Unfortunately graphics cards are no longer even useful to test how mining works.
