Hence why this needs to be automated and not dependent on just 1 person (backup person needed)  .  Unfortunately with the recent poor luck combined with really delayed payout, it's causing a lot of people to pull away from the pool.   I get many inquiries on the same topic and many people including my partners wants to pull out.  We do give Kano a lot of props hence the extra patience, but there needs to be better updates or process.  It's also healthier for us to be voice out issues and concerns so everyone can be in sync as well as give Kano an opportunity to address the issue, rather than just say, it will be fine, just mine on.  I know those of you who rents, Yall can't mine on as there is no payments and the recent poor luck most likely wipe out all if not most of your initial capitals. 

I could be wrong, but the way I read it there was an anomaly that needs correcting before the payout calculation is accurate.  Had the process been automated we could have a bigger mess: incorrect payouts.  

I've been mining here more than 13 months and this is the first time I've seen this happen.  I'm not worried about it-- I'm sure Kano is on top of it.

There are some valid points, but lets say worst case scenario... What happen if Kano got struck by lighting or hit by a drunk driver and is no longer with us (hope it does not come to this), then who will manage the payouts if it's done manually? Needs to be systematic I say.

Shit happens yes, but as long as every block is paid quite fast i think this system is ok, as it normally is.  Now it might be a little to long time.

That, combined with a total lack of communication from "The Captain", was the final straw for me at slush. I had been mining there since January 2014.

I joined kano.is about 3 weeks ago and haven't looked back.  I really appreciate the constant communication and updates Kano and -ck provide.

the other is in my garage and rentals


the last payment to my rental/ in house was 7 blocks ago

this account had heavy rentals from nice and west hash.

the solar array is 2 avalon 6s as of now and it was last paid  block 402133  .00498

7 missing payments are about  0.035

so the lack of payments is the same 7 blocks for each account

If it helps kano and -ck   the smaller account if very consistent and is only 2 avalon6's at the moment.

I would think they could be a baseline for you all.

Frankly: I don't care if the payment is late for one block, five blocks or twenty blocks. Someone probably tried to cheat, and kano is investigating it. This means that all of us may - probably - get more at the end of the day if someone was running a withholding attack. If not, we all will get what we mined for.

What I, personally, would love to read at the end of the day: Who was trying the attack. It happened at Eligius, it happened at Slush's, now at kano.is. I'd love to know who it was or if there is any clue which leads to the attacker...
