There were no big changes in pool hash rate around then, though there was about an hour later.

Hash rate has been high on and off today Smiley

Well, what did you do?
You didn't enter a payout address until after 421519, so nowhere to automatically send it until 421537, of course.

I'm liking the green blocks!! For you veteran miners out there, do you reinvest your mining rewards into more hardware (hashpower) or do you cash out? Just trying to get a feel for the different methods to the madness. On a side note, i've been impressed with the kano pool support, everyone i've contacted has been polite even with my noob questions.

It's all in personal goals & objectives. Some of us are here mostly on principle, meaning that we mine (and participate in BTC) because we believe in the purpose and future of the system. Some are here for the profit only, and there's nothing wrong with that, either. You can look at my older posts for why I'm here (I've been doing this off and on...now definitely "on"...since it started). I don't mind talking my own strategy. I've used BTC revenue (before the halving) to finance moving from gpu's to an S2, to S3s, to S7s over the past few years. Now it's adding S9s. I've reached ROI on all my gear, but getting an S9 is still not exactly easy for someone in my position. Once I have an S9 online, I'll start "stashing" half the BTC net as pure investment for security, and maybe using the balance to buy gas & groceries (I live on a VA disability allowance & social security).

Since I figure we've got a few years of good mining still ahead at 12.5 reward, "the plan" is still working for me, at least. Dunno if that's helpful.

To infinity and beyond...on two 741s and one of only 3...nope, make that 4...full nodes in Hawaii...on <30A. (I have other gear on the Hoth ice planet)

I'm definitely not a "veteran", but I've been mining for over a year so I guess I'm not a newbie either.  Personally, I've kept every satoshi I have mined, which isn't that much because I only have a few pieces of gear.  I've spent more in electricity than I got back in coin, but I do this for a fun hobby, and for the good of the network (I run a full node and only mine places that do not spv mine or produce empty blocks).  I've used btc to purchase things, but I always just buy that coin outright, then use it for the purchase.  I am hoping that btc will be worth significantly more than it is today (I've see coin around $130/coin, and at over $600 now we're going the right direction), and so all I've wanted it to have some coin in a wallet that someday might be worth more than I put into making it.

I ran out of additional electricity at home -- so I followed up on other's posts here and contacted Oregon Mines.

They received 2 additional S9's today -- and immediately set them up and pointed them this way for me...

If it doesn't get held up in customs -- I'll be adding 1 more tomorrow!!!

This post includes Bitminter in the high % of empty blocks ... but then bitminter seemed to disappear off the lists after that, no idea why ...

So, I get this e-mail,  ... Huh   Says. Bitmain buys BlockTrail. Now I know, up to this point, Kano has been leaning  preference's towards BlockTrail over BlockChain... Hmm, sooo, seeing how Kano feels about antpiddle, will we now be referred to BlockChain orrrr continue publicly supporting BlockTrail?

Well, what did you do?
You didn't enter a payout address until after 421519, so nowhere to automatically send it until 421537, of course.
I blame myself.

Payments in my purse with Kano will come to me automatically? or you have to wait for kako certain amount?

though here and a little bit, but still would like to know where they will go in my purse. snx

English is obviously not your native language, you use .ru photo uploader, you call a wallet "a purse" (both words are translated into Russian as кoшeлeк).
So if you speak Russian and use Google translate to post and read this thread i could explain to you the Kano payment system in simple words.
