How long does it takento see the block on the reward page? Thought it was a couple of min 🙈

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the
subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The
subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Block was on the reward page literally a couple minutes after the block was found.

Is there a medium miner bonus giveaway planned? I see that those with 10+ PH/s get a nice reward. And now small miners Perhaps there’s room for a bonus for middle sized miners? Doesn't hurt to ask, I suppose... For anyone who hasn't heard, anything outside of Kano's 5 & 9.5PH giveaway--0.5 & 1BTC respectively for up to 3 per person and up to 10BTC total--are free-will, miner donations. Kano's is on a whole 'nother level, but it still comes out of his pocket, technically. What a great mining pool and community! IT'S THE BEST EVER!!!Just a note: Kano's 10 BTC Giveaway is funded by Kano personally, NOT the pool. MINE ON!!!

We seem to be on a pattern here with blocks.
Kano says humans love patterns ... and random events don't like patterns Speaking of patterns... That recent block by Sidewinder was number 2222.

Are all shares equal? Is the # of shares the most important statistic in terms of rewards?
I've attempted to do some research on this but there is a lot of dated information as well as varying pool reward structures so please bare with me.
I am using 13.5 S9's.
Is it better to leave it on variable difficulty and let it find it's own nirvana or is there a specific number that will work better?
Each share the miner submits has a different difficulty - this is normalised to a number of shares based on difficulty. Auto difficulty tries to set your miner to submit 18 shares per minute according to Kano. Seems to work fine for my S9's so I'd keep it variable. Higher difficulty settings just change the variance I.e. The number and frequency your shares are submitted but shouldn't impact overall hashing rate in the long run. Having read this as well as "Seems to work fine for my S9's so I'd keep it variable. Higher difficulty settings just change the variance I.e. The number and frequency your shares are submitted but shouldn't impact overall hashing rate in the long run." Brings me back to my "are all shares equal?" question... in that case wouldn't you want to slightly tweak difficulty down so you could share slightly more than 18/m? Or does the difficulty impact the value of the share?

Yay its in the reward section Question now How do i know if im fully ramped up? Been kining with small miners on and off in the pool for about 1 month but now i have an s9 running 247 and by smaller miners coming on board when i get to work So prob my ramp up is gonna take prob a bit longer than usual lol

What's your expected total THs vs. what is shown on this most recent reward?

PCI-e slot seems to have resolved invalid and lower performance, however, as I've asked in the past page of this thread as well, is #2 sharing more due to being on a lower difficulty? And as such, is it making more $? Or does it balance based on difficulty of said shares?

Some machines just work "better" than others. I wouldn't worry about it.

It's all relative. Look at how many more shares there are for #2 since its Work Diff is lower. Think of an easy example: 1 * 4420 = 4420 10 * 442 = 4420 It's the same work but in smaller/bigger batches. Edit: As I've mentioned in other posts, I've found that forcing a specific Work Diff does seem to reduce some invalids due to the pool trying to suggest different Work Diff as the day goes on.
