I presume those numbers are btc/GH/s/d. They seem way off compared with a week ago on yaamp and what is currently reported on miningpoolhub (SRC .32, QRK .22). And I have no idea about SAK except that I can't find anywhere to trade it.
The numbers are blocks per day * block reward * price. So the numbers represent the whole pie that's being distributed to all miners each day. You could throw infinite gh/s at BitQuark for example, you'd still only earn ~0.01 BTC a day. http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/sharkcoin/#marketsThis meens that if people continue to move their rigs to mine quark and add another 120-150 GHASH(By adding 15 000 750ti gpu's), the payout will be halved to around 0.2BTC per GHASH. The algorithms that are profitable today, might not be profitable next month. X11 has increased to 0.3342BTC/GHASH and if the trend continues, it might be more profitable to mine x11... Last year after the the wolf0 bins had leaked x11 was only paying 0.12BTC/GHASH. Many chose to shutdown their rigs, and now the price is up again.

I miss a lot my ccminer times, now electricity is so expensive here in Brazil, tks to corrupted politicians and a crazy government My 980s and 970 now are set only to run games sporadically. Mining is more profitable than ever if you know what to mine. 3x 980 and 1x 970 will give you around 75MHASH of quark. (sp-mod 53 light overclock) Around (0,04BTC per day) (10USD per day) should be enough to cover your bills. Hi sp_! I still remember the good times on Spreadminer and X11 optimizations! Good memories! Interesting, Quark is placed at 35th on the market, costing about 2k satoshis each...with 10 USD/day I get a good profit (about 140 USD/month), but there are electricity penalties for those who "abuse" of it here, it´s called red flag state, it is a pitty. Cheers not only quark the coin, but quark the algo.. Google sharkcoin, dimecoin, securecoin etc. Alot of profitable coins. or just mine at nicehash. They pay around 0.45BTC per GHASH now.. Quark is pooping out, as I mentioned a few days ago, all the algos are currently taking a dip. It could be because people are trying to ride BTC as it increases instead of mining. vtc is rather doing well Lyra2re is still broken on 970s. or just mine at nicehash. They pay around 0.45BTC per GHASH now..
0.29 right now. What the hell is happening with quark coins? Time to investigate... Here are a few quark coins with how much BTC worth of coins are getting mined each day with current prices: BitQuark (BTQ) ~0.01 BTC; MonetaryUnit (MUE) ~0.031 BTC; QuarkCoin (QRK) ~0.057 BTC; Dimecoin (DIME) ~0.11 BTC; SecureCoin (SRC) ~1.51 BTC; SharkCoin (SAK) ~65 BTC. Sharkcoin started blowing up since early May, its price increased close to 10x and now the nethashrate is around 120-150 gh/s. Make of the numbers what you will. Ps: I feel like I forgot at least one relevant coin but can't figure out which. Most of those coins have low market volume so they aren't worth mining. I haven't seen sharkcoin before though. I presume those numbers are btc/GH/s/d. They seem way off compared with a week ago on yaamp and what is currently reported on miningpoolhub (SRC .32, QRK .22). I kinda doubt there will ever be a complete migration, there are a lot of mine bots (viruses) out there. When YAAMP was still up, there was something like 2200 neoscrypt CPU miners on it (which isn't profitable anymore no matter where you live). I have moved to Neoscrypt from Quark. Lower energy cost and more stable. I would like to mine Lyra if the miner can be fixed on the 970. Same hashrate as a 750ti doesn't work.

Sharkcoin has 24 hours volume of 10,619.33 BTC in china. That is $2 637 713 per day in turnover on one exchange alone. If the 65BTC mined every day is dumped the price will stay. https://www.coinhills.com/market/sak-cny/jubi/Quarkcoin had a turnover yesterday of 29.58 BTC on cryptsy.. ($7306,26) if the mined 0.057 BTC per day is dumped the price will stay.

Talking about bots, a few days ago checking how Vertcoin was doing I found out that on ipominer pool one single miner called Danila (the name has been associated with infecting PC's with cpuminer/sgminer) had around 70% (11gh/s Lyra2RE) of the TOTAL network hashrate for VTC. And he was finding the blocks as well so no exploit. At the same time, he also had 52% of the total Feathercoin network, 13% of the total Startcoin network and 3.5% of ZRC. That all adds up to around 21 BTC profit everyday. The ipominer owner hid the figures for some reason . More can be read in the VTC thread.

NVIDIA has fixed the nvidia-smi.exe tool in the latest driver update. (driver 6/22/2015 version: 353.30) Here is my voltage usage and hashrate on the 53+ version (github) mining quark on one of my testrigs. The 970 is a gigabyte windforce OC card. the 3 750ti's are all gigabyte windforce OC cards as well (with 6 pins adapter) Mining at default intensities and clocks (24 hours and counting in minercontrol) 750ti (p0 mode) 5700KHASH/s @ 38W (150KHASH per watt) 970 (p2 mode) 15500KHASH/s @ 157W (98,7KHASH per watt) psu 1200W gold

NVIDIA has fixed the nvidia-smi.exe tool in the latest driver update. (driver 6/22/2015 version: 353.30)
It's awesome but far from perfect. I don't trust software reported power consumption figures (with good reason) so I looked into it. My same 970 jumps from between 130W and 205W in nvidia-smi (180W at the wall) on stock even in benchmark mode doing quark and for 750 Ti's it shows incorrect max (cap) figures. It shows 46, 38, 45 watt figures for stock Gigabyte, Asus, MSI cards while each rig consumes about 405 watts, 70 watt being the idle power consumption of the rig so it comes down to 55.8W per card without the rig (for quark). Here's an unmodified BIOS just pulled from an Asus card (GTX750TI-PH-2GD5): It suggests that the nvidia-smi figures are based on the 38.5 value while that's not how much these cards can pull. Mining groestl the rig consumes 457 watts which comes down to 64.5W per card but nvidia-smi figures are based off of the 38.5W number and it throws the card reported TDP% number (~95%) at it so it shows 37/38W and 38/38W. With that said, my numbers are with measured numbers from the wall are: 750 Ti 5630 kh/s - 55.8W - 100.8 kh/w; 970 15300 kh/s - 180W - 85 kh/w.

I don't think I ever used your ccminer, I mostly remember you coming in and criticizing existing code in the main CCminer thread, but you proved do a really great and dedicated work.
I'll probably never use your miner either but as a token of respect I donated a beer or two: f459751e1f9621ffb17f7ac35847e8e02ef4e8dfba60e57032f0999316f7b674

Thanks alot. I found some things that could improved, and used some months to do improve it. All the hashing algorithms have been optimized. Some a few percent, others up to 100%. I started 10-11 months ago. But I have got help from the other ccminer developers as well. Epsylon3, schleiser and djm34

What card are you running? You can try to lower the intensity -i 22 if you are on a 1 gb card.

Can you change the clocks? with the -ac parameter? -ac (application clocks) just set the max clock for the app, its not overclocking except if the card allow it. but the increase is due to the enabled P0 State (on the 9xx). It happens when you set the highest memory clock supported (4 memory clocks are possible)... EDIT: in fact its seems to set the P0 whatever the values we use... For linux, to get the power readings, you need the 352.21 driver (was just implemented) or 353.30 on Windows And there is another new feature i just implemented... the Power Limit --plimit=190W PS: tx to send the fees to the right person about that

I think the x11 can be improved on NVIDIA by rewriting the tablebased AES algorithms. Quark is 9 chained scientific hashingfunctions with branching and does 6MHASH (750ti) x11 is 11 chained scientific hashingfunctions and does 3MHASH (750ti) (with table bases AES echo and shavite) A rewrite of the slow echo and shavite is needed.. I think that 4-5MHASH is possible on the 750ti
