Ive been reading only good news about factom for years now...(plural) but its not reflected in the price (kinda). Last summer we went to 500-600k and i thought we would go uphill from there and reach/surpass our old high of 880k. Shame tho but its ok because everyone in cryptos knows about the potential here.
Whales come and go... but jeezz these whales are persistent (I mean how many cars does one person really need?).
Dash finally flies. HAd to wait +- 3 years for dash's rise. Factom is kinda in the same situation as dash was regarding manipulation (for years!).

Im still convinced 2017 will be a beautiful year for factom. They deserve every bit of it if you ask me. And if not 2018 ...2020 for gods sake. Factom is going to fly and change our lives like some of these alts did for us. Period.

For the record, factom is the last big coin without a massive pump. Maybe after dash's party we can see a big rise.

Very good point of view. It should be repeated again and again. But I should admit that complains about price reflects all crypto. People are here just for speculation. Because of that crypto should somehow attract interest of business. It will bring usage and stability.

Factom will definitely have a time to rise in the near future especially if it gets some commitment from clients and not just funding and investments. This is what happened with Ethereum basically, it entered a bear trend for so long (even if fundamentals and innovation potential were there) there was no "real" dapp or working project yet and traders/investors get anxious. Yes JP Morgan was working on Quorum and Microsoft/Santander sponsored some conferences but that was it.

Now that that Ethereum Alliance and the interest to use the technology is for real (to the point Hyperledger was abandoned) we see a proper valuation.

For Factom I feel it's the same way, many feel it's a great project with a lot of potential but the value just don't seem to price it in just yet. We are already at M2 and I personally expected the price to be well above $5 already considering other project marketcaps (Maid, Augur, NEM, seriously?) and it's not. Eventually the market will realize it as it did with Ethereum.

With Exodus, significant number of non trader Factom sitting on Polo will be withdrawn from there thus preventing dumpers and margin traders access to cheap Factom from margin lending.

Finally, M2 works perfectly and there re rumors about big new clients to be revealed next month.

Agreed, there's plenty of projects that honestly don't deserve the marketcap they have, Augur for example is definitely overpriced even taking into consideration the "dividends" you get from reporting. Others like Maid with zero traction in the real world and 10 years of promise with nothing more than a couple of screenshots have obscene marketcaps. I know for Factom the tokens don't represent a share in the company (this would put Factom market cap well above 100 million) but just comparing tokens it's incredible undervalued still.

What's worse is the clear dependence on BTC price, I sold Factom some months ago just to get back when I saw the price per Factom was around $2.6-8 which is completely ridiculous. BTC can fluctuate of course, but having the fiat value dropping that low is blaffing.

Just with 1k you can hold a decent % of all Factoids...
