That comes out as maintence fees. im talking the total btc earned before maintenence. if he has what he says he has in hashing this value shouldnt be changing. understand?

m8 Josh does not know any shill about mining, programming and transaction management. All He knows is how to look cool and making speeches to make customer happy and buy. He is a Ceo, he is not a technical man. Why are you caring that much about what he says. He already confess He does not know any thing about cloud mining, this guy learnt how to use twitter recently Smiley

I already get what I paid for from Zens and Primes, I am able to transfer my BTC anywhere I want. So no problem for me, up until somebody provide He is guilty I will count him as innocent and do not make any more investment because I also value your opinions about that company. But as I sad before, it is too early to collapse if it is a ponzi. Josh, will make customers believe him by paying pay coin shares. More and more people, will come to him and do not ask any question at all.

After that time, if this is a fraud we will be able to understand Smiley but it is too early right now.
Holy fuck... you are investing in mining and giving money to a man that knows nothing about mining by your comments. so are you saying all his comments about mining should be ignored because he knows nothing about it? you are investing based on how cool he looks and his speeches (which you should ignore because he doesnt know aboug mining... your words not mine).

btw he doesnt look cool he looks GAWsome or GAWful depending on the side of the fence you occupy

how evangelical of you.
i advise you keep cashing out and don't put any back.

I am keeping your advise and evaluate your opinion as a valuable advise. Probably you got more knowledge in cloud mining than me. Because I already get what I paid for won't invest any more and won't cash my money out as well. I am also eager to see what will happen next, can't miss that show Smiley

good. and as far as i can see you are not attempting to perpetuate the scam by pushing it in links, so i suppose you are one of the few who have thought sensibly about it.
the fact remains there are others who are not so sensible about it... the 15 year old kid who thinks Josh is going to fund him a salesroom full of Lambo's. He is likely to keep sending GAW money until the pyramid collapses.

I've seen it before, these are the types of programmes which take peoples lives, throw families into despair and turn happy households into broken, bankrupt and jobless places. All because one person has delusions of grandeur. This is not a victimless ego trip, i can assure you that.

If he has 'no hope' for bitcoins, why is he holding so many?
He seems to be gathering as much as he can for some reason.
Are all those bitcoins going to be paycoins floor?

Mr. Garza already burned that bridge when he banned me along with a few others I valued in addition to having his west coast attorney harass me with a baseless legal threat. Those who are still with GAW/Zen and supporting his actions are in my opinion either naïve, uneducated, blinded, or part of the what I consider is the scheme simply because they see $$$ and not what is "right" or follows common sense. For those, I believe there is no hope at this stage - even if I privately hope I am wrong.

umm apple have a proven record. apple dont sell you mining or things that require proof of data centres. apple max hardware like iphones which are put together i believe at foxconn. and yes people have visited and scrutinised these factorys with labour conditions. o the final thing is i have an iphone in my hand. thats called a delivered product unless its actually in my imagination. see gaw have given nothing apple have shown their business.

They have cloud services too.  I believe this "iCloud" crap is fake... Apple doesn't own any data centers, they just rent some time on Amazon's Glacier.  I don't have any proof... but it has to be correct, because Apple hasn't proven me wrong.

And besides, in a court of law, the lack of objection means it has to be true!

umm apple admitted that they use a combination of amazon aws, microsoft azure. they have portions of their own. apple stated this in release information. journalists were invited to tour the north carolina data center which cost 500$ million with the solar farm that powers it.

the wsj journal blog got some photos of a half in construction scheme. its a wsj blog and not wsj. the supporters seem to be thinking the blog is the wsj views.

So you think a good Ceo, has to know all about company's technical operations and I am also agree with that. But most of them in real life especially the ones managing enterprise scale firms do not know any shit about technical operations. This man just playing his role, he probably do not know much about technical details of that coin and cloud mining. Just making speeches about their strategies.

And I am invested that firm and do not invest any more. In the first place, it was look like a good firm to me but right now, I am a little bit indecisive about the situation. Do not want to take any more risk.

Missed the "have flowed" part of the 28k coins paragraph. Very interesting. Has gaw payed out ham any coins? What is a legitimate reason for moving that many coins?

Edit: Also would love to hear a comment from Cantor now that Josh is on record bringing him into the mud.

Not only Cantor but also Paypal, avoid to give any answer regarding their partnership with pay coin but I am sure @KC6TTR will help us to find out. I also wanna learn the truth and asking those firm to sue him immediately, if any of those claims are not real

Also will sue that 3rd party, if they are writing lies about that company as well.

How naïve are you? You keep bleating this mantra over and over again.

Does it not occur to you every single instance there is to, you must upgrade, everything for sale is in limited quantity.

Act now buy ASAP it will run out.

What do you suppose the correlations is exactly?  Move the shit merchandise ASAP out the back door, before the quarterly audit is done by HQ and we are caught out.

Mr. Garza said GAW follows meticulous compliance and record-keeping to ensure it can’t be charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission with selling unregistered securities. “If one cent of our payout (to customers) comes from anything other than mining, it is a security,” he said.

Didnt GAW in the past say zen pool is a combination of mining/investing and other secret sauce stuff. If its pure mining as he states above how is zen pool the most profitable? He'd have to have major hash power dominating block solves. maybe > 51%?

Does nobody else see the flaw in his on the record quoted comment or did the wsj blog misquote him yet again?

Don't get too carried away. He only removed the downvote button. Nothing was said about shadow bans (not mentioned in the WSJ blog either) and regular bans. This is a nice gesture but it won't magically make Hashtalk welcoming to critical thinking.
