FIFY That's the nature of these schemes, to constantly be promising new things to stop people making a run on withdrawals, while those at the top skim off as much as they possibly can before the inevitable collapse of the whole wobbly structure. Madoff was able to make it last for years because he was dealing with old-school investors who would use the telephone to communicate. Garza's mistake is in the fact that his suckers are having the facts about the scam thrown at them constantly by people who are shredding the notion of dodgy organisations being able to keep their dirty laundry secret. |

No, its booked as 'kid', ie, <11 yr old. The other is youth so less than 25yr old. I assume these are supposed to be his children. No idea if he has children and even less how kken01 would obtain those tickets... |

This is amazing. It's a detailed, inside look at the mechanics of a scam. Even public record court cases rarely have this much documentation, and this scam is still going on.
Beautiful work, hacker(s). Someone could write a master's thesis with the primary source material you've provided. It answers every question I usually have when watching something like American Greed. "How exactly did X occur? What were the mechanics of it?"
