Item C. 11 from the Subpoena.
"For each investor identified in response to Item 8 above, all Documents Concerning the investment of (or other use of) those funds by GAW, the terms of the investments, and the current location of investor funds."
That's a doozy
So is Item C. 6
"Documents sufficient to disclose all domestic and foreign bank, brokerage, or other financial accounts, including bitcoin or Paycoin wallets, held by or on behalf of GAW from January 1, 2014."

Can someone explain how those emails ended up on google groups? If they were leaked emails, why were they taken down? This implies Josh or GAW had the control over it. I don't understand. Did they accidentally publish all their emails to google?
You bet your ass google has a copy of each and every email plus attachments now.

I guess Ganza's church buddies will be relying on the power of prayer to get them out of this one.

One of the most interesting issues w/ the SEC investigation is the potential effect on proof of stake coins.
Hmmm I wonder what will happen to coins like peercoin. Forgive my ignorance but what is the issue of POS v.s POW on an investigation? No idea. Just speculating. That said, a staker wallet - whatever the coin - is like a treasury bond. it represents an entitlement to market price of wallet (in the case of xpy) + a right to an income stream (like an interest payment; or a dividend payment on a share of stock). Again, just speculating on an issue that could be bigger than gaw/paycoin.

Maybe those left in GAW used google groups for gathering the SEC documents and someone leaked the whole thing?

Didn't GAW use GMail to handle their corporate e-mail? Google probably had those e-mails all along As to how they ended in Google Groups - there is probably a way to do it, maybe via IMAP or something. I'm wondering if whoever did this has a copy of all those e-mails.

Possibly very pertinent. Anyone else noticed that the staking rate has drastically lowered in the last few days? + the large amount in that #1 wallet (did you notice all the other top wallets have the same amounts?) - wonder if related to a mordica settlement. I believe they were working on something w/ stakers to get joe paid off (may be mis-remembering).

Leaked Emails Detail Inner Workings Of Josh Garza's ScamsAlleged emails which detail the inner workings and day to day operations of Homero Joshua Garza's fraud outfit known as GAW Miners have been leaked. The damning emails not only confirm long held suspicions about Garza's operations but also bring to light other debacles GAW Miners finds itself involved in. The emails confirm: -Garza deliberately mislead customers as to the viability of Paycoin. -Confirmation that the SEC is investigating GAW Miners, Paycoin, Paybase and other scams operated by Garza. -It was made advisable to GAW Miners by DHM Legal Services to shut down hashtalk.org until the SEC inquiry was resolved. -Paybase and Zencloud databases were compromised and thefts from those services occurred. -Through a close friendship with David Parker AKA Jonas Borchgrevink of CryptoCoinsNews, Garza is able to influence editorial content to his benefit. http://qntra.net/2015/03/leaked-emails-detail-inner-workings-of-josh-garzas-scams/

I don't think they really care about Mr. Mordica anymore, other than "let's make sure we don't have any seizeable/freezable assets if we get sued". They seem to be in much deeper shit that a disgruntled former employee. Unless it's Mr. Mordica himself moving the coins.

He's also a former partner, i think, and not your ordinary disgruntled employee. what he's claiming is value for equity (IIRC), not back wages.

Oh, I know that, I saw that letter from his lawyer (I guess we can put to rest the zombie rumors now). I just don't think he's going to get anything. If Garza can barely afford to pay for detailing his likely by now repoed Tesla - even that one had a $140 overdue amount - I don't think he's going to pay $500k.
