Isn't "cash flow" a euphemism for "we're broke as a joke but need to dump a few XPY to retain Dan because SEC"?
Otherwise I don't know why someone would even bring it up like that. He's certainly concerned about not getting paid and for a good reason.
AFAICT, he is talking about his own situation: "I need to support my family and as an independent I need to know that what I am working on has a future. Otherwise, I need to find new work which takes a lot of time as you know. That is all this is about. Next week sometime is fine. We are working on bringing in some cash but we can’t pay everyone we owe now because of our cash flow. I just don’t want to wake up one day and find out I don’t have any income." He might be worried (and should be), but that is simply not proof that GAW is bankrupt

I see no such proof at all; all I see is a lawyer who actually got paid, but wants a retainer, and JG agrees to it. He's not a lawyer. He was listed as the Chief Operating Officer on the GAW website back when they listed such things. https://archive.today/RPWQqOf course now that page doesn't even exist on the GAW website. So the COO is telling the CEO, you have to pay me in advance because of cash flow. If that doesn't mean broke then nothing does.

that's 0 proof. It's equivalent to him saying he paid 8M for Zen, Eric told us that is not true. A press release is not proof of anything
One of those sources quoted the other end of the sale, revising the $1.1 million number GAW provided to $1.0 million provided by Domain Guardians. I think it's pretty solid. They agreed to pay 1 million, and we saw in the email archive that they are making monthly payments for it and that they almost had the domain taken back for missing one because "their accountant was sick." I wonder if whoever had btc.com is going to be another person fucked over by believing that Josh would make him rich for doing nothing.

Haha. What's sad is that BTC will not be used globally. After the ETF launches [later this year] XBT Will be the global currency symbol for Bitcoin. This is a done deal; Bloomberg and CNN Money have already both updated their systems to show XBT. I hope Garza realizes this.

You're an idiot. It is an economics FACT that any global currency [not belonging to any one particular nation] has to start with an X. BTC does NOT start with an X. <------- See what I did there? lolOr perhaps Bloomberg Finance and CNN Money are not as smart, well informed and connected as you are. haha!

I assumed he was talking about his own company, not gaw, but it seemed weird and this makes more sense. Still not proof they are broke though, but clearly they will be one day with no cash flow.

With an escrow agreement ownership doesn't transfer until the last payment is made so no they would not loose out the only one to loose out would be GAW as they would loose both the domain and what they have paid so far. Think of it as a loan without the bank as a middleman.

They got what, like $500K so far? And they probably get to keep the domain, I cant imagine the owner being very unhappy about that.

And Sir Richard Branson will own it. EDIT: I discussed this elsewhere last year so I will quote myself: Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New version 1.1.3 October 11, 2014, 02:04:57 AM Reply with quote Edit message Delete message #13435 How do you think the massive changes coming to Bitcoin will affect alts? Especially BURST. I have not decided yet but when the billionaires move in you know shit just got real! The Bitcoin Foundation, being led by a Sir Richard Branson front man, is going to change bitcoin. BTC symbol will be replaced with XBT. This will be, in effect, a 1:1000000 stock splt. 1 BTC will become 1 million XBT, which will be the new standard for bitcoin. The end game here is to take it mainstream. When Richard Branson is front running bitcoin and changing it, you soon see where the real power lies. The smart investor best be stocking up on BTC now because 1 XBT could easily be worth $1 within 10 years. This is a paradigm shift. Read all of the juicy details now. This is historical and soon everyone will want some. XBT is about to be pushed down the path of a global digital currency accepted everywhere. https://bitcoinfoundation.org/press-releases/press-release-october-7-2014-bitcoin-foundation-financial-standards-working-group-leads-the-way-for-mainstream-bitcoin-adoption-2/I wonder if Satoshi = Sir Richard Branson? Hmmmmm? Interesting! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=400235.msg9124067#msg9124067EDIT: Seems that link has been scrubbed from the Interweb. Not even a cached version available from Google. I should of archived it but I thought it was their little wet dream that they wanted the world to see so I did not think about archiving.
