For Homero to describe that list of items he stole from the house as "petty" just shows how much he believes he is entitled to take whatever he wants and any complaint can be dismissed as being unwarranted or petty-minded.

It doesn't occur to him that if he owned that house and a tenant had walked off with all those things he wouldn't exactly be passing it off as inconsequential.

The narcissism is strong in this one.

I'm not sure, I think it goes deeper with this one.

Do you recall the reports from the email dump which referred to him tracking his wife's movements? The confused and hurt emails from his wife which alluded to him either having bizarre mood swings or deliberately fucking with her mentally?

He appears to have a weird, nasty controlling streak about him. I don't know enough about the DSM nor am I professionally knowledgeable enough to start tossing out armchair diagnoses on the internet, but a proper psychologist would probably have a field day with him.

So where's that little BITCH  Homero? February 26th - Friday- was the Day of Reckoning. For some peculiar reason they decided to buy some time and got an extension to Wednesday, 2nd March - one week from today.  Putting on my little thinking cap, I tried to find some significance in that date:

http://www.calendar-365.com/calendar/2016/March.html

Date  Sunrise Sunset Length of day

March 2, 2016 6:17 17:36 11h 19m

Nothing. Nothing of significance that I can find. Could it be a birth day? His hers theirs someone's? Being the pretend bible thumper that he is, it could be considered a whooooo "b a d" OMEN666 of sorts? Friday the something 26 teen thingamajig?

Big deal, we can wait. I strongly suspect he is going to take the fall. Uncle Stu and his apron didn't make it this far and long in Cantor Fitzgerald because of Elise alone. Howard of course is another matter he will protect his at whatever cost it takes. Some sniveling little street hustler called Homero from the gutters of who knows where, ain't gonna taint CF or any of its members.  Cry  So sad, there Homero thought he achieved his ultimate goal, hit the big leagues, up there with his idol Bernie M.  See ma, look how successful I am, I got the biggest oldest law firm in the nation at my beck and call. Aren't I great  Roll Eyes...hey guys the bestest most experienced judge in the entire land is hearing my case, just how important am I  Roll Eyes

See that is how Homero thinks. It's not what he does, it is how big what he does that is important to him. Be it success or a fuck up, neither is important. It's the size that matters. How fucking weird is that.

And this....

Been troubling me for some time having noted it ages ago when it first all came out.

Ball Cupping, Reach A Rounds and this?

Not that there is anything wrong with that  Roll Eyes it just adds to the equation. I asked what seems like so long ago, I wonder which part of the yard Homero will belong to ... the Homero side of the yard or the Josh side of the yard. Or now perhaps the or "that" other side of the yard ?

I think I figured out why Homero doesn't look like his brothers - this lady is really his biological mom:

http://money.cnn.com/2016/02/24/news/psychic-maria-duval-chapter-one/index.html

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"

FUD... she's a psychic, she would've helped Homero to defeat the evil trolls who destroyed the not-a-ponzi.

Apparently the SEC doesn't mind the delays. I wonder if some kind of a plea deal is in the works. So many exciting possibilities here. Homero tries to throw his minions under the bus and fails horribly. Stu throws Homero under the bus. Cantor Fitzgerald throws Stu and Homero under the bus. Homero being his stubborn idiot self forces the SEC to throw Cantor, Stu, and Homero under the bus.

Amtrak is fine too if they run out of buses.

I don't know how this court works, but I went to court quite a while ago for a minor misdemeanor.  The first court date they were like "Hell no!  We want this boy convicted of this horrible crime and we won't adjust the charges."  After delaying it for 6 months to a year and multiple court dates my attorney got it thrown out because they misspelled the work "to" instead of "too".  I had to point out that mistake in grammar and he got extremely giddy when he got in front of the judge and got it quashed.  Lots of games these courts make to milk the defendants of all the attorney fees they can.  They are all friends and buddies after work right?

Speeding tickets can be worth the court costs if you avoid the points ... Just like Garza will blow millions on lawyers to avoid jail and live to scam another day ...

Hehe...I'm a truck driver.  I had a incredibly stupid accident where I was at fault.  The judge let me off for a broken windshield.  I thought the same thing.  $50 or so maybe?  In Ohio it is $350 for a broken windshield.  He doubled the fine as part of the deal to let me out of wreckless driving charge.  $650 and no charges.  Cost me over $2000 with the lawyer fees.  I was definitely happy about the outcome and would pay it again, but how is this just?  I'm guessing Homero will get something quite similar.
