Today, my friend's 500$ market sale just after I took the screen shot and confirm the price, gone for 100+$. Somebody mess with market system and right now probably selling his hacked hashlets on the market and that announcement makes me confuse. I have suspicions about that ceo since begining, those guys not even able to program a proper front end and making announcements related a hack attempt. So good for GAW customers

GAW in deep shit i can tell

maybe mark from mt gox is josh's big investor Smiley.

Maybe I make a cheaper wallet for staking? Get those GAWdicts to use my staking wallet. Promise them them everything and deliver nothing. Seems to work for GAW.

Buy a Trezor and Protect your BTC, BCH, BTG, DASH, LTC, DGB, ZEC, ETH and ETC from hackers.

This is what I was talking about. The uneducated and ignorant being taken advantage of by Josh. These are exactly the type of people he loves most. And this kid is an Official Reseller. WOW. He hasn't the slightest clue what he's selling or buying or reselling or re-buying or whatever it is he's doing.

Today, there would be a conversion from Primes to Cash Takers, and after that point they will close the market to be sure. All rats inside Smiley This Ceo actively refuse to give answer to my hash market question and after 6 months, they will have no Prime to sale and no pay coin to worth spending. So nice for them

And pumping continues.

So far hasn't had much effect on the Market, except maybe cheapest Solos are now ~$5 instead of $3, everything is selling for roughly half the price that was suggested in Wednesday's big announcement ($100 Primes etc).

https://hashtalk.org/topic/21517

Quote
I know this is not what everyone wants to hear, but we recently had a another large round of funding come in.

Trust me when I say this is good, it only makes paycoin stronger when companies are investing. But we have less wallets then we thought we would at this time. And far more Primes are going to switch then we originally thoughts

Quote
first come first serve. we hope to have enough, depends on the number of Prime upgrades

Quote
Upgrading is optional.

While pools continue to decrease in payouts, we will do all we can to deliver they best profits. And yes, they will always have the best features.

Quote
Will all zens and primes be able to upgrade? or are there not enough hashstakers for that to happen?
Hard to say, we keep getting surprised by demand.

Quote
Should I keep any of my Primes as Hashlets not stakers?
I would upgrade. We have far more leverage to create a profit with our POS model

Quote
Hard to say right now. I shut down sales on the website to help preserve them

Quote
Will we be able to convert Zensolos for round 2 if we have them available?? or is this Wednesday the only time to convert them to Stakers??
Wed will be your best shot

Quote
If someone doesn't upgrade a prime to a prime hashstaker during the 48 hour
window, will they be allowed to upgrade down the road at some point?
Still working on this. If you plan to upgrade, use the 48 hour window.

Quote
Will we be able to spend paycoin before Christmas?
We are doing well to make that happen

Quote
We have some cool stuff in development

Quote
Hastaker Primes can support any staking coin we add

And this is also interesting, merely two weeks until the END of POW, and they are still promising public mining. When exactly? I think even the shittiest shitcoins have more accurate schedules.

Quote
what day does HP mining end exactly?
End of POW stage. A little over two weeks.

Quote
Will be be able to mine from home during POW phase?
Yes, we are even making a pool

Quote
When will the pool for our mining hardware during the PoW phase, when will this info be available? hopefully at least a day before?? Smiley

We will do what we can. You have to remember, many companies are going to compete for XPY

And this just in case somebody was wondering about the extra 4 weeks of HP mining:

Quote
ok I had thought time has changed and we been extended again ?

Times have never changed

Maybe a really dumb question, but *IF* they release the source code and wallets (like Josh said, but really who the fuck knows), what's to stop someone from just making their own compatible staking wallet? I mean, you'd have all of the code, couldn't you just compile it yourself and be off to the races?

A shame really.  Hopefully he's not in too deep, could learn a valuable lesson.

On a separate note:

I'm very interested to see what scheme they come up with to keep the people from dumping once paycoin is up.  I'm sure there will be some BS technicality that will be employed to keep people to hold on to their "money."  We'll see.  I'm going to be first in line to sell for $20 whenever it opens and there will be a great many more right there with me.  Sold all my primes (save one) and have moved all my BTC out.  So glad to be stress free.

First of all we need to see the code. It's probably going to be late at best. Second, what would be the point? Do you have $100m that you want to share with random strangers?

I think the idea is that there is going to be standard staking at 5% that every PayCoin wallet will be eligible for, working probably like many other POS coins.

Then there is going to be HashStaker, which they call call a wallet, but really it's just a widget on a website with some numbers on it. I don't think HashStaker will have any more to do with "staking" than Hashlets have to do with "mining". It will probably produce "payouts" same way we get "payouts" from Waffle, Clever etc.

Of course if the blockchain is ever public there could be some interesting possibilities to see where coins are coming from etc, but it could easily be some kind of thermonuclear "off-chain staking" for all we know.

...and prime prices are once again plummeting.  Looks like another wave of people just had their bs detector kick in and are taking the safe money.  This is like watching a train wreck in slow motion.  If this wasn't destined to be such a large scale fuck up, it would be entertaining to watch.  Sadly it's not, and sadly this will not benefit the cryptocurrency community.

I think its time we had a new saying that should go viral. When you don't know what to do in a situation and it calls for something so stupid no-one would believe its one of these moments... i'd like to call it

WWJD

or what would Josh do Smiley.

O noes my company is failing... wwjd.... repeat this mantra and the world will suffer but you will get out of the shit tin Smiley
