I have a screenshot of some of my shares when I wrote to the GLBSE support actually Iowned 61 of them at the time. I have bought another 22 later but cannot prove this.
Would you consider this legit OgNasty?

I am going to answer this and say no.

It is way to easy to forge those. Not that YOU would, but someone might. 

Unfortunately the only accurate sorce of info mut come from nefario.

Not really. I can give access to my e-mail account on gmail to check the e-mail exchange so you could see the screenshot and whole communication in that respect. I will dispose the account afterwards. I am just thinking of some alternatives should nefario disappear or something.

No.  Any solution will have to effect all fans of the operation equally.  I don't think Nefario has anything to gain from holding onto the information, so hopefully once payouts are completed we get some good news.

Just got off the phone with James, he said he's not going to be producing trading history for anyone. As for releasing shareholder data, he said that he's asking for the extra coins his script sent out to be returned, and it looks like he won't be releasing shareholder data to issuers until that happens. He said about 3/4 of the extra coins have been returned.

Well that's bad news, let's hope people are honest and return the double payment coins soon.

Well... is there then any plan B in the case nefario just kicked the chessboard and walked away? Again I can prove possession of 61 shares of 83 I have.
Perhaps we just could work on the list of the shareholders now before the information is released so that we know where we are. This is just going on too slowly and I am worried...

I'm not ready to give up on Nefario yet.  I think any attempt at putting together a list of NASTY fans would be wasted effort and most likely full of false claims.

I see no harm in putting it up now and verifying afterwards once Nefario sends the lists.

There will be a separate verification process once the list is received.  That's why I think it would be wasted effort.

I agree, I trusted GLBSE so I don't have any exact accounting of what I owned

same. I can basically only infer.

the ONLY record I have is a rough estimate of the rate NASTY was trading at, and some notion of how much BTC I sent toward GLBSE... any rough estimates I make could be off by quite a lot though, since AT LEAST one of the shares I bought was above 0.6 BTC (and I'm pretty sure the IPO was less than 0.3 BTC)

If I can prove my GLBSE deposit address, do you want ognasty to just give me credit for all my shares as though I bought 100% of them during IPO? (I'm not seriously asking this. Just pointing out that even if I can prove stuff, it really doesn't make much difference if it's not an exact accounting up to the very last second when GLBSE was still letting people trade.)

Received BFL Single #8 today.  It is up and running with no issues so far.  Now to wait for the ASICs...

Right now I'm waiting on GLBSE. The next step is receiving the list from Nefario.

I'm currently clawing back overpayments that were made last week.

I've gotten about 1/2 way through the list.

Following this the final bitcoin payouts will be made and I'll begin getting issuers lists of their asset holders (ones who have approved for their contact details to be shared).

A plan B? Good to hear. If you want to get the things done just do it yourself.

Perhaps putting a bit of pressure on the guy? Why does it take so much time? People are getting impatient and what is the most worrying the whole project needs more funding! Can we please see more action and a bit more transparency? Was there any communication with nefario? Why the things are so slow? Personally I would like to see the guy roasted. He set up a project and people have invested their funds. Now all is going nowhere, no updates no communication.
Of course I still have much trust, respect and confidence in OgNasty but I would like to see the things progressing a bit.

It is my understanding that we are waiting on Nefario because without him any solution would be less than optimal.

In fact I am not sure how anyone would prove to OgNasty how much interest they had in the operation with out, although I am glad he is thinking of a plan B.
