The very first Single SC 60gh/s unit was shipped out on Tues 06/11/2013 during the 5 o'clock hour...There were maybe 8 Singles that had been built and tested while I was there, most of which did not have any problems getting into the 60gh range, even with un-binned chips, so no one should worry about getting a device with less than their ordered hashrate.

EDIT:  No word on ours yet, but they did say they are shipping customer units and I hold the first customer order...  So keep your fingers crossed.

UPDATE:
Bitcointalk user & BitFunder.com owner Ukyo has been kind enough to donate 1,000 shares of Graet.Loan to NASTY MINING!  I can't thank him enough for this extremely generous action.  I've decided to purchase an additional 2,020 shares, as Graet runs Ozcoin and I believe this is a safe and lucrative use of our savings.  You can check to see exactly what holdings we have on BitFunder using the Public Asset Holdings List and searching for our address (1NASTYfxUpKPwin7b1KTBFjeeofrLSgXDJ).  I will also keep the OP updated with any changes.  I have full confidence with BitFunder securely holding a portion of our savings and have been very impressed with the features they offer, such as automatic reinvestment (which I have enabled).  Thanks again to Ukyo & BitFunder.com!

This is fairly typical with P2Pool actually.  It isn't such a big deal because we're competing against other P2Pool users for payouts that are experiencing the same high rejects due to how P2Pool works (adjusting difficulty to find a block every 10 seconds).  Right now for example I'm showing that P2Pool as a whole is experiencing a 16% DOA rate on submitted shares while we are only seeing a 13% DOA rate, so we are actually above average and this is working to our advantage.  This is most likely due to hosting our own P2Pool server on our local network.

More info about how P2Pool works here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/P2Pool

Distribution 241581 is complete.

This distribution was delayed because problems with accounting. The software tries to distribute new generated coins but these can not spend until 120 confirmations. I work to improve this next time.

Is the BFL ASIC having the same issues the FPGAs did with p2pool?

The BFL ASIC doesn't seem to be having any problems with P2Pool.

UPDATE:
You can now see our mined alt coins (being saved indefinitely) on the OP.  In addition, I have negotiated a very good deal to purchase a GPU mining rig next week so NASTY MINING can begin mining scrypt based coins as well.  This will allow us to begin mining LTC to further diversify our operation.

I have also been made aware of BFL's Customer Appreciation Chip Credit Program and will be attempting to sell our credits to raise some more funds for our holdings.  If anyone is interested in buying any BFL chip credits, feel free to PM me.

EDIT: I received a ton of offers for our Chip Credits.  I took the best one I received, which was for 6 BTC.  I paid 8 BTC for our LTC mining rig (x2 7970s), so I think we did OK considering this was an unexpected gift from BFL.

kslaughter from AMC is considering to sell shares in exchange for Chip Credits. If you could negotiate a good deal for this credits (maybe near or at IPO price) that could be something to think about.

It seems that the Singles are not shipping with a power-brick according to this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=236794.0 I'm not sure or this is an anomaly or what, but in any case it's news to me!

OgNasty, were you aware of the need for several PSU's? Smiley

I was aware that the first one shipped with no power brick.  I'm still waiting until I get some kind of word from BFL about the situation.  If we do need PSUs, I will run out and buy them or order them and get a good deal online if there's time.

EDIT: Looks like early orders will indeed be shipping without power bricks.  I'll start looking at PSU options.

If you have a Single Upgrade (trade-in) purchased anytime in June, you should consider sending it in so we are ready to ship your Single. I am trying to email those people now.

I'll contact Jody to get the necessary shipping information tomorrow and send ours in.  Sounds like next week is going to be very exciting for us.   Grin

EDIT:  I disconnected the FPGAs to be sent in for upgrades.  I will be sending them in to BFL tomorrow (Friday).

^Post from March 2013 on BFL_Jody's blog:

(quote) "Mail all miners to Butterfly Labs, Inc., 10770 El Monte, Suite 101, Leawood, KS 66211."

On the second page of comments on that entry, comment by dave3 - 06-11-2013 10:32 AM

(quote) "I received a response to my email today, and they confirmed that they received my trade-ins. I checked my account and order information and don't see any notation about the trade-in status there. My order status has changed from "Processing" to "Production", though."

^ I doubt the address has changed in the past 10 days.

Good luck on successfully shipping before end of business day / start of weekend.

(and again, sorry I was such a bitch a couple months ago about how I expressed my concerns about <various things>)
