Was updating my coin information today and cant help but notice something is going on... anyone know what this new /coin/site is all about and/or what the plan for MCZ is?

ive got no clue, but it looks as though someone may have bought the domain name. The guy spamming us about his coin doesn't seem well versed in English and whenever i emailed the devs they came across as much more English speaking

iphone  TestFlight  for MCZ expired again.

The TestFlight for regular iphone MCZ app expired again. The messages are: " the profile has expired", "stop testing."

If this is true, please at least transfer the balance to the corresponding webwallets, if any.  But, those MCZ iphone miners without corresponding webwallets would not have an app to move their balance to anywhere else.

I might be the last one running TestFlight till 1-2 weeks ago.

Now, there is no iphone wallet for MCZ to maintain functionality and promoting Mangocoinz itself.

Good News. The MCZ iphone app is running again.

After all these, I got some revelation.......................

Please re-uploaded the (iphone) TestFlight version of MangoCoinz so we can now use it again.

Or I should have transfered all the MCZ's to the webwallets ( if I get another chance.) But what is the purpose if the Mangocoinz is so dormant and not giving out any message?

With iphone MCZ TestFlight App expired, I finally got a cheapest working (prepaid) Droid phone, installed MCZ app and retrieved my MCZ account.

The Droid App is much easier to see the maximal amount of coins you can sync for the day; it also appears much easier to get the MCZ, if it is not just becasue I chose the smallest working Samsung prepaid Droid phone.

Without participation of iphone users, which I believe might be potentially going "viral", now I do not see much increase in miners and mining (syncing) activities with Droid phone users.

Price will certainly drop when rate of expansion of MCZ supply/ rate of smartphone miners (syncers) increase is low and less than 1.

Without further restructuring, the MCZ is pretty much relegated to "token" coin status, especially with mining difficulties based on MCZ supply already created, not based on average amount of miners participating or mining activities (like conventional cryptos).

So sad, MangoCoinz was a great idea, got a very nice brand, funny and tasty. The network is fast and you can send your coins using your email... this is really valuable.

I don't know exactly what happen, but I think there are no hacking of MangoCoinz website. Phuket claims to use mobile mining, so I think both are related projects.

But it's sad to see what's happening here, because devs don't say: " We are going to swap MangoCoinz"  or " Sorry guys, forget MangoCoinz, we are moving"...

I'm not meaning it's scam. They seems nice persons and they did a lot of development work, in this cryptoworld some bad coins works, some good coins doesn't... but I think their communication strategy has been a little messy.


P.D. I'm not going to buy Phuket, specially if that coin is behind the sinking of MangoCoinz.

MCZ is still a great idea and one of the best potential gateway to popularize cryptos use.

I would not settle for non-decentralized, non-peer-to-peer "cryptos", i.e.,  we need a system of transparency which is inherent in true cryptos. Regardless whether we believe that MCZ or Phuketcoin are true "cryptos", in the end they are just electronic tokens or "reward points" which anyone can create much cheaper and more trustworthy through services, such as Crypto Next https://www.cryptonext.net/?page=products#white_label_exchange.
