You probably trying to log in from new app, try using old MangoCoinz Closed Beta v0.5.3b.

I have tried the app on Android 2.3, 4.4 and 5.0. The latter version is the only case where it's not stuck on the loading screen (i.e. it actually launches). The timer is however broken, making it not functioning. I have really tried, more than I'd like to admit, and I've generated 0.7 MCZ over 17 days.

I agree you shouldn't get rich or see it as payment, but if you want people to use the app you'll need to provide an incentive. Doing a referral campaign now,with a non functional app is clearly not a good idea.

I agree if more than 1% of approved smartphone models are non-functioning then it is not acceptable; however, we do not have such a list, partly due to too many models/makes for Android.

For iphone beta App, it is probably 100% working now but if you count the disapproved iphone 4 or old ones, it could be more than 20% non-functioning. One of my household iphone is iphone 4.

Trying to be totally different and not associated with other cryptos, this MCZ certainly would face "more than excessive" criticisms. This is the only Crypto that the algo(s) is still in the setting stage (if you are going to change it again) in addition to the fact that this is the only one the dev(s) are "assigned" the full responsibility of creating functioning mining softwares. They are plenty of cryptos not having dedicated mining softwares for themselves.

It might be a good idea to set a census/voting panels (above or somewhere) where viewers can input (click on) the models/iphone vs Android/working-not working/specific problems on the particular version of Apps.

i have only just updated from 0.5.2 and there is limited mining per day ?

i guess there is some attraction to this to make it a more conscious effort, and also another "exercise" to do
i was initially unimpressed with the idea, but appreciate the timer concept more now ..

Can we add 2FA in wallet? I had 400 coins and today I signed in and only had 92 coins. I lost over 300 coins and I believe it could be possible that someone is stealing my coins.  I've been losing coins every month from my wallet..I don't see a reason why they would just disappear unless someone is stealing them from my wallet.

This happened to me once... Email the DEVS they will sort out your lost coins

Bugs. We are hiring a new developer soon, his only job will be to wipe out these menacing bugs. We will also add a new email address which will be used only for bug reports. Think of it as a bug-solving dedicated customer support. More info on this coming soon.

When sending reports to this service, please be detailed as possible.
What is your phone make and model. Exact model number.
When does the bug occur. What were you doing and the bug happened.
That way we can solve them easier and faster.

Can someone advise?  From 0.5.3b to 0.8.2

The problem appears in the fact that the old one was a Username and the new one requires an E-mail address to login.  So I when I do "Send" from the old one, it asks for the username.....and entring the E-MAIL of my new wallet gives me an error.

Please advise.

I think that the west are more interested in complaining about bugs in the app. But saying that I know there is a dice site happening at the end of August this will give the dev time to sort out the bugs. The dice site will be simple and fair.... Just like mangocoinz

Talks there, included speculations that MCZ will be "Firing up" and surpass Litecoin (which presently is #3 on market cap of 0.17 billion$ at coinmarketcap.com) or even Bitcoin.

Another things mentioned was that the new algos/mining restrictions are to prevent someone mines with "hunderds or thousands" of smartphones on one account. It is hard to imagine that someone is able to do that (-by the mobile phone carrier owner? or because it is much, much cheaper to own hundreds of smartphones there?) No matter what- this could have happened without (and still badly yet, even with) present restrictions.

Dice game should still help. Among up to 10 persons who I tried to refer ( and probably still await the availability of the Apple Store Mangocoinz app,) at least one has been playing ipad games during sparetime at work. It is not a small percentage.

If you ever tried to replace an iphone broken screen, and viewed YouTube instructions on replacement of broken parts, you should be able to find that the same iphone version has been modified in hardwares to meet each mobile phone carrier's specification; therefore, there could be the possiblity that some functions might not work well with specific iOS version. But, we never heard about this; we have not seen anybody documenting such difficulties in using iphone Mangocoins beta App.

This might not be applied to Andoid phones which are made by so many different smartphone makers and by so many different mobile phone carriers in so many different regions and countries- and without the Apple-Company-style-of-Strict Control in smartphone making.

Send a support in their email. Ask to sign out your email. Wait for their reply and you're good to go. I've done it many times. I always have my phone reset.
