I will try all of my tweaking ideas just to run the game smoothly. Still stuck @ mangocoinz logo today.

I tried to delete all of the games main parts @ /data/data but still not working.

The net MCZ mined daily seemed to have dropped back to pre-Android-Upgrade level:

26729 MCZ/153.8 hours = 4176 MCZ daily, probably indicating difficulty in signing-in and getting Androids to work as well as discontinuing Closed-Android Beta which must have been mining very lucratively.

Sure...actually I cannot install the newer mining app due to the 1GB available free space requirement. I may have to remove personal productivity apps; so, I'm giving up my partecipation in this project due to being struck in a dilemma between having to remove personal productivity apps needed for work & study or buying another smartphone, that I cannot financially afford, only to mine Mangocoinz. I'm still trying to find a way to free the last 200MB on my Samsung S4 but I cannot see a succesful end to such an effort.
We don't need more mining power....actually we need a lighter mining app to allow both old miners as well as a new ones to partecipate in the Mangocoinz project.

+1. I guess the doubling of MCZ/BTC exchange rate in the last days (roughly a week) is due to many old miners being cut off from the Mangocoinz project due to the huge requirements of the last release.

And you can then transfer all of your coins from the old app to the new one.

Having a 2 hour window in which you can mine is a deal breaker.  It completely defeats the purpose of turning your phone on and letting natural activity and/or exercise do the work for you.

The rationale of changes for the newer version of MCZ App has been described by the dev(s) previously.

If I feel great by mining for a total of 2 hours maximal daily with my iphone, why can you not be satisfied with  using your Android phone? Anybody would have difficulty (finding times) in staying very, very active for more than one hour daily for Mangocoinsz mining  (especially for a person who simply works long hours).

Secondary, unlike the more conventional Crypto with each wallet/miner maintaining the blockchain records, there is no need for each smartphone to maintain activity for a prolonged time for that purpose.

I do not see anything wrong for the whole design- to get more people participate in mining, using, trading or promoting the value and use of a crypto.

I walk a lot at work with hour stretches of standing still.  For eight hours.  That was enough to do some mining and not exceed the daily limit (often more than a bit below the daily limit).  I liked thinking that my phone was doing something while I was busy.  Now there are six hours where my phone isn't mining.

Don't get me wrong - if the system works with the new changes then let it and I hope it does well.  But I don't want to be pigeon holed into a two hour window.  That's further restriction on an already centralized system.  The constant minutiae of sporadic irritation is not something that I want to experience. 

Further - it feels like a control of the coin supply.  The people who were involved at the beginning were able to get nice big bags which would be impossible to accumulate in less than a year with the current system.  The entire time, there has been a very slow and steady uptrend in price on a very low volume exchange that many people don't frequent.  In a year from now, after constant little bugs and lengths of time in between promises, this coin is going to turn a very nice profit for the devs...while the few dedicated members of the community are going to be pleased with the peanuts that a restricted process allows them...or not...but after watching for over six months, this is what I think is happening.

How does it not work? I personally tested the app while development on a Galaxy Note 2 N7100. What model do you have?
