USD card received - in no way our fault that it was delayed by postman.
EUR card on its way if not received already.
Documents passed to the bank, verification shouldn't take long, and the existing limits are surely sufficient for a couple of days

For now, all problems are solved, just last night I could not go to my account in the e-coin until I wrote in support. Only euro card is still not handed over to me, but it's not your fault, disgusting work of DHL.

Well, I finally got a euro card, loaded it all went instantly, and even paid by it in the store, everything works perfectly. Thanks and successful business development.

The card will work in shops and ATMs in India, yes. However, we cannot issue and ship cards to India due to banking compliance limitations

how much i have to wait to get my card , i ordered my usd card on 06/09/2015 and i live in tunisia in north of africa , how much this gone take ?

Tunisia was closed by our bank just around the time you mention, so, it is possible that your card order was accepted but then put on hold by the bank.

Please, write to support@e-coin.io from your registered e-mail so that we can identify you and investigate. Posting such questions here can't help solve the problem

I am fairly sure delivery is handled by their partner bank and thus the bank would have to work on it, not OP.

The bank itself makes delivery.

Typically within a week. Sometimes it takes longer - depends on local postal service really.
Expedited delivery with DHL is quicker, but mostly for remote locations, in Europe the difference may not be so large. The key benefit of DHL are tracking option and delivery guarantee

i order my card first they say my order was completed then they told tell me we can no longer ship to tunisia , so i contacted the support and they told me let us double chek wthe bank and see if your card was activated , if not we will refund you , 3 days passed and nothing new , look guys if you gonna scamm me just come up with a better exuse.

are you actually being serious? scam you for the card fee? do you seriously think it would be worth it? Even just managing this thread in the forum wouldn't. Not to mention all the time and money invested in the project.

my probleme is solved now , well the bank stoped dealing with tunisia , but they did refund me , so i have a couzin who live in france and i think im gona order the card to his adress and then he send it to me , can i do that thank you .
