what is needed to get acct be verified?
is it need to show/upload id documents or similar? and what kind some of example that card would be block by bank after it verified?
and what possibility could happen if we uses card on some gambling webs and for received/withdraw money from source it also?
Hello, To get verified you need proof of your identity (ID, passport, or driving license) and proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, etc..). More details are here: https://help.e-coin.io/hc/en-us/articles/202397331-How-do-I-verify-my-E-coin-account-The verified card still can be blocked by bank. Most common reason: incorrect PIN. Once I've seen the card was blocked due to the fraudulent activity. You can use the card on gambling sites to send/receive money, some of our clients do - and it is fine. Neither we not bank have no specific limitations of that kind. |

Bitcoin debit card will soon available in all the world. Since many countries are using it, so it also come there. You have to wait a little bit to pay your bills online with bitcoin debit card  |

Hello,
I did not have the chance to read too many pages (there are a LOT) and I did not see this being asked, so:
Wirex, do you think you'll be able to offer VISAs again in the future instead of MC? I had an account with you since the birth of this service, but unfortunately I am not able to 'rescue' that card I had (wrong billing data entered, unable to verify it).

Hello, No, not in the near future for sure. We have our virtual cards Visa, just in case. Regarding billing info of your current card. If you have proving documents, we can ask the bank to update this info on their side and verify your card. Why not . Just email to support@e-coin.io your new address, photo of your ID, and address proof (check accepted docs here: https://help.e-coin.io/hc/en-us/articles/202397331-How-do-I-verify-my-E-coin-account-) asking to update it and verify your card. |

Thanks for the swift response, appreciate it! I did not mention that I never had a plastic card, only virtual ones. And I see that now you are only working with MasterCard. Are you also still offering virtual VISAs ? Because I am unaware of that. The limits are fine to me (< 2.500 EUR), I don't think I will bypass them anytime soon, so I actually feel better being anonymous. Is it any way I could find what my remaining load limit is , without having to calculate manually? Thanks again for the support. p.s: looking forward to the APP and new functions (load/unload with BTC), already signed up for updates.  |

Yeah, all our virtual cards are Visas (there was short period of time when we were offering MasterCard both for virtual and plastic, however now it is virtual Visa and plastic MasterCard). Virtual cards cannot be verified unfortunately. I mean, in some exceptional situations it could be, but very rare. Feel free to email support@e-coin.io if you wish to discuss this. Yes, the app should be launched very soon. I think within 2 weeks (the official date is not settled yet, so I hope we will not find any new bugs which could delay the release). |

Waiting for the start of bank's business day. We were promised to get it fixed in the morning (Gibraltar time), however it can be a bit unpredictable. For the same reason we have our limits lower than usual (for other currencies). I hope everything will be settled today and the service is back to normal. I'll keep posting news in this thread. |

I suppose you can use the Virtual card only then , I'm from Algeria but I have a virtual card . that's more then enough since all purchases I do are online . |
