What this the problem:

First make sure that its not still running in the background (ctrl/alt/delete then start task manager find quit and stop it), make sure you have the new wallet of the ANN link

Delete the appdata if it was updated from the old wallet, then install
computer/user/name/appdata/roaming/QuitDough, make sure you can view hidden files.

I never used quit dough wallet before. it was new downloaded from ann link (on win8x64).
anyway, deleted appdata, no changes, same message on startup  

Unable to bind to 0.0.0.0:60237 on this computer. QuitDough is probably already running.
