Amber-Trade has new majority shareholder and new management staff, unfair to accuse these people who may be in good faith have bought the business. They have to audit everything and make some plans, may be even masterplan how to:
1. pay continous dividends
2. start selling AMBER from price point 0.256 USD = 1 AMBER (correlates dividends paid year ago and these dividends are more than SP500 and real estate profit)
3. very soon catch 1...2 USD = 1 AMBER (I was year ago 100% sure this happens today)
4. how to clearly communicate "backed by real amber" (where is the real stack and how big it is?) and company health to shareholders (additional closed newsfeed exclusively to shareholders?)
5. ignore AMBER prices on exchanges
6. create AMBER2, 3 and so on - "fixed interest/dividends monthly/no ownership" for short time investors - to get investment for new projects, additional investment, etc
7. how to handle AmberCoin investors who dont want to mess with wallet? Rich people call to secretary to send email and to read incoming loud, they dont use computers yourself. Exchange/bank-like web-login multiwallet system for secretaries and money/office managers? Security concerns...
8. how to attract non-cryptocoin people with long time money investment capabilities that exceeds USD100 [sarcasm but true]

Let the management people take time, think and prepare, how to continue.

Fortunately all that was, was done fair and with respect, so there is strong achievment from which to continue, learn from mistakes, make even bigger business. 1 they havent done that in almost a year now.
2 no one in their right mind will pay anything like that unless they start paying out dividends like they advertise with.

Long time investors have their money Stuck there is no way to Exit for them There are no Short time investors there is 0 volume on C-cex.

Has anyone tried to sell back coins to Ambercoin that they bought directly from the company ? they claim they would refund fully if u wanted out did anyone actually do this yet?

We see these things through 2 different angles. This happens sometimes with people.
I am not interested that Amber-Trade pays dividends, buys back all AMBER and thats it. Lets get this shit done. I invested to world's first crypto managed company share for brilliant idea and big future. And both mean money, big money.
I am waiting too communication from Amber-Trade, but I don't need fast some PR bullshit and bunch of future ideas. There are really important questions needing very firm answers and may be time to develop - How to continue with AmberCoin? IPO or AMBER sale? Both? Dividends? Backed by which amber? How is company health?

I have forwarded all questions/suggestions to company's management.
I don't think they'll answer all questions at once and very fast but we have good chances to hear from them on Monday.

As far as I were promised there should be also information about dividends.

Thanks for info. I think you also understand, that from our point of view, your employer have no interest in developing AmberCoin. Some of us have already spent a lot of time and money to make the idea rise.It could have been really big project.
I think that if AmberTrade wish to abandon AmberCoin project, it shoul be said what could we do with our shares. The AmberCoin's community owns about 15% of Company's shares. There should be a possiblity to sell it back.

Thinking about how big Amber Trade could`ve been grown if they paid regular dividends. wow.

They could have thrown a IPO out there in real life, going after the real big money for growth.
But given their track record this will be hard to sell.

Previous management of the company allowed delays in payment of dividends. For now results of 1-st quarter of 2016 have not been announced. Dividends have not been paid. The company intends to put an end to such practices.

In this regard, as an exception, it was decided to combine the results announcement and payment of dividends for the 1st and 2nd quarters.
The results of the 1st half of the year will be published on 20.07.2016.
Dividends will be paid on 25.07.2016. Payments will be made in $/btc.

Also work on updating of the company’s roadmap is in progress. Updated roadmap will be published once it is ready.

As you may know now sales of shares from the company are temporarily suspended.
But you still can buy shares on exchanges. As before, the company registers new shareholders. All you need to become one of us is 10,000+ AmberCoin in your wallet.

on market side news didnt effect anyting. i think no ones believes anymore. price is around 2k cause there is no buy support. if company is serious about this coin should start to buy some coins tru market. at least couple btc buys effect market.

Company can't buy - they havent announced this. And we are watching AmberCoin movement.
Investors don't buy - we wait for new roadmap, dividends.
AmberCoin price is lower than months ago - BTC costs today more USD. And investors trust has fallen too.
Without clear roadmap and business plan there is no point to force AmberCoin price. Without Amber-Trade (business success) there is no AmberCoin

If Amber-Trade announces roadmap/plans/dividends/etc afer month or more - it can be ok. If they announce all or part these today or after some days - run! The last means that there is no calculated business plan behind words, it's just a trap for investors money.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. At 2 to 3.2K sat, now *is* a good time to buy.
I admit that I wouldn't go IN DEEP, but it is moving, albeit slowly, on both Cryptopia & Bleutrade.

If new ownership HAS a plan, buying before that plan is announced is better than buying after.
I might drop a few Doge, but I'll keep my BTC away from it.
