How does " backed by real physical asset - own mined raw amber" work?

Does that mean, if i lose everything (say my shares are worthless and company is dead) i don´t have to worry much because it´s backed by raw amber ?

They pay you a part of their profit in cash/btc.

So if the company is bankcrupt, not a single cent left,  i send them all my TX from all my coins i ever bought across the exchanges and they send me the cash/btc?

No that money back was only for coins directly bought from AmberTrade not the exchanges.

A backcrupt company will not send u a penny I'm not sure how u think that would work bankcrupt generally means they are out of money.

The dev has not made any statements of insolvency so it does not apply at this time.

Also they just got new owners. Its very unlikely that the new would be bankcrupt already at the takeover. At most likely also illegal if it were the case.
That doesnt mean that the company makes a profit though and no profit = no dividends. But they have made a profit every quarter so far even if it have sometimes been smaller than the investors would like it to be.

There is always raw amber in stock, but is it worth holding, to back AmberCoin? May be in the beginning relaying to business process gives more dividends.
BUT IF there is significant stock of raw amber, why not audit it every month, some cheap-cost internal audit, publish results and so pump the coin to it's real price? And if Company sells raw amber or makes products from it, stock becomes smaller, AmberCoin price goes down, BUT dividends go up Win-win to us too

Amber coins are shares in the company not in their stock.

As for the value of the coin they did mention a possible IPO in the takeover. If that happens then we will see what the auditors think the company is worth.

well, i've never seen this too. 1 thing i just realized is when the first time i contacted amber team and decided to be a shareholder, they never give me information or prompt me about the terms and conditions which is very suspicious imo. i just realized about it because i've just learned after i joined several programs similar to this which always prompt me to re-read T&C at least twice.

We talking about the same bitcoin that has dropped $100 the last 24 hours?

Its still up a lot but I don't think their that clever to have taken the halving into account when paying dividends.
Someone just bought a huge chunk on the exchange today close to 50k and a decent buy wall left over.
