Currently, I think R9 290 is ~475 MH/s. What are people getting with smolen's miner?
Not sure on the GTX 750ti. Anyone have one?
I just switched to smelter and I am getting around the same hash-rate (475 MH/s) with a 280x. I have 2 rigs with 2x R9280x in them and each is getting about 980 MH/s according to the miner. Pool is reporting anywhere from 800 MH to 1,200 MH each, depending on luck I suppose. Does anyone know if the Smelter by Smolen miner does donation mining to a different address at times? I ask as watching my pool hash rate it seems to drop down quite a bit at regular intervals before returning to normal. Say 5 minutes out of the hour. It could be random luck I guess, but was curious as I cannot find a lot of information about this miner. I don't know if it does, but the quark miner he released before that had that kind of fee in place. Smolen please speak. BTW, my miner is as fast, it's based on sgminer and doesn't have any fee. I didn't realize you made a whirlpoolx miner, where can we download it?

The whirpoolx optimized sgminer linked in the OP currently only seems to get about 1/2 the speed of Smolen's miner, even if his does have a fee included.

Another smelter question... Is there a way to set a backup pool? I see the pool I was using went down for a bit and I came back to find the miner was idling.

Which pool was that? I have 24x7 Monitoring of suprnova to my Mobile and cannot see any outages

Looks like we're in the top 15 by 24hr volume, and now top 54 by marketcap.
Hopefully, more people and exchanges will start taking a look into the code.

back to 16k shortly. we need chinese involved so we can sustain price, not just pump and dumps Well if you haven't noticed from 12BTC total buys a few days ago to 38BTC I think that is progressive, back when it was 7-12ksatoshi it had around 24 BTC total buys. I'm pretty sure block halving is coming up so it's going to be a lot harder to mine VanillaCoin. Oh and BTW VNL has been Angel Invested since the very start. Imagine what john-connor & VanillaCoin will accomplish when marketing for it comes out

a few of us are really worried of what will happen to the price if 0 confirmations doesent work, its all just theory so it technically might not be possible..
hope the price doesent dip too much over the next few days before it gets tested.

back to 16k shortly. we need chinese involved so we can sustain price, not just pump and dumps It is being pumped so it's hard to know what will happen in the short term, but it has the tech to back up any price increase; it just needs more people to look into it and large exchanges to add it. Once Zerotime is live, we will have the best non-gimmicky tech in the altcoin space, and we're currently only 57th in marketcap.

He spent a year before launch writing the base code from scratch. He stopped POW specifically to run tests for android/iOS/PC interaction and is already looking ahead to Dark++/dark.io... I'm not sure it is just theory to him...
