Blockchain-powered Synereo to launch second fundraising campaign soon

Synereo, a Tel-Aviv based company, has announced that an additional fundraising campaign will begin the week following the live demo of the alpha version of its decentralized, open-source social network to be held in Vancouver, on 9th September.

The startup made the announcement in an online post. It said that the upcoming campaign will be the second round of Synereo’s multi-phase fundraising strategy, detailed during its ICO in 2015.

“Participants will be able to install our decentralized node software on their devices, and participate in the alpha version of our social networking layer. The fundraising campaign will begin the following week”, the post reads.

The call for investments will be facilitated with the help of BnkToTheFuture.com, which allows investment in Synereo LTD via credit card, bank transfer, bitcoin, and a variety of altcoins. Qualified investors will be able to invest in, and receive shares of, Synereo LTD starting from a minimum investment of $1000.

“Equity investors on BnkToTheFuture will receive an AMP bonus, depending on the size of their investment”, it said.

Synereo clarified that all AMPs (network’s native currency) to be sold during this campaign are pre-existing AMPs held by Synereo for this purpose, adding that no new AMPs will be created for this sale. The details on the fundraising round are available here.

“The sale is structured in such a way that it encourages direct AMP purchases from Synereo, while preventing large buyers from using them to manipulate the market or immediately sell their holdings. Note that all purchased AMPs will be sent to buyers at the same time, a short period after the sale has ended”, it added.

 AMPs could be purchased at BnkToTheFuture.com, Chinese Exchange YUNBI or directly and anonymously from Synereo at synereo.com/sale.

I am. I have been liquidating most my altcoins now for more AMP. I am just debating how heavy to buy on low Polo prices or to put more in the first 24 hour sale. I have been hearing more are thinking the first 24 hour sale will be a big payoff, but this depends on how many come in then.

amp had a big pump in a short time, some correction were needed. but... bitcoin decided to go up this weekend and now amp is going even lower(like any other altcoin). So chill guys, amp will go up eventually.

When this project takes off, you'll be kicking yourself for not having bought more @ 26.5.

There are actually so many good crypto projects and so it's hard to decide where to invest with limited amount. Among TOP30 project there are just several which are IMHO worthless but most of them are great. Synereo is probably the one with biggest possible potential but also the one with most doubts (at least for me). Current maximum possible evaluation based on existing tokens is about 266m$ which is nothing if the project goes mainstream, it's ok price even when project will have equal success like Steem for example but it is of course overpriced when project somehow fails. I'm sure we will know more in several days when alpha version is publicly presented. No need for rush now. Current price is ok from coming crowdsale standpoint, no one will get cheaper AMPs during crowdsale than this.
