1061  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk IV (2023 Q2) [MODERATED] 🧐 on: June 19, 2023, 02:50:04 PM
What good would my records in the trust do? I am not a member of DT1 or DT2. My reviews won't have any effect. I think so.

What's the point of posting your findings in this thread if you're not going to use it as a reference for trust feedback? Besides, your trust review that you leave will help other investigators in the future.

By the way, if you don't give your trust feedback, other members will never add you to their trust lists, and as a result, you won't become a DT. It's sort of like a chicken and egg situation.

Croatia 4-5 Spain

Indeed, it was an incredibly challenging game, Both teams gave it their all, and there were some real nail-biting moments. Spain win on penalties! Congrats!
1063  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Nations League final four ⚽ on: June 18, 2023, 07:52:34 PM
But since this first half, it has all been Crotia attacking and shooting at the Spain box.
The Crotias are more aggressive in attack than the Spaniards.
I don't know if you are actually watching the game or just writing based on the game stats, but we (Croatia) didn't dominate the first half. Sure, we had some so-so chances but Spain had some too so I would say that draw at the halftime is realistic.

Its gonna be a tough game until the end and one thing I don't like is that everyone in Croatia was so confident that we are beating Spain (relatively) easy tonight, forgetting how good they actually are.

Croats dominate the stands! The atmosphere is truly impressive. It appears that the Croats have a considerably larger presence than the Spaniards, and they are certainly making more noise.  Wink

However, both teams have yet to score any goals. They are putting up a strong fight and seem evenly matched. Each side has had a few attempts, but the Spaniards have failed to hit the target so far, while the Croatians have managed three shots on goal.

That does not mean I have to agree with your interpretation.

My interpretation doesn't require your agreement to be valid. Bitcointalk.org strives to embrace a free-speech-maximalist approach, and that's its charm - everyone has the right to be delightfully wrong!

The ban evasion rule only make sense for accounts that is in use for personal reason - when it's personal accounts.

Nope. For that to apply, moderators would have to go through the entire account history and evaluate each individual post to see if it was made for personal or business reasons. Obviously, that would be impossible.

Well, okay, let's imagine for instance that Tether comes to the forum and opens its topic to share news and answer questions. They hire one representative after another and this goes on for some time.
<...>

For this very reason, adopting such an approach to manage business presence on the forum is flawed. Right now, the forum platform doesn't have the option to create official business profiles like some other platforms do, for example Facebook. So, each account is tied to one person and should ideally be used by just that person. But that doesn't mean businesses can't have more than one representative or staff member on the forum. Each of them can maintain their own accounts and contribute to official threads or answer questions. If one of them gets banned for breaking the rules, the rest are in the clear, and the business presence remains intact.
1065  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'John Abraham ≈ naim027' Coincidence or Connection? on: June 18, 2023, 10:28:14 AM
Your rule does not say anything about account y can not be used by "Mr a" as a part of the group.  It says a person can not use or create another account and the interpretation is for his own personal account/s. In example cases we have seen all these were, their own personal accounts.

I respectfully disagree with your interpretation of the forum (not mine) rule. (Again).

The rule specifically states that you cannot "use or create accounts" as long as one of your accounts is banned. I don't see what is not clear and open to interpretation. Nowhere is the distinction made between "personal" accounts and "business" accounts. I don't know where you got that from.

So, if account X (owned by person X) is banned, then person X is not allowed to manage company Y's account (or any other account) on this platform. The ban evasion rule would not make any sense otherwise.

But, I'd still appreciate hearing more opinions from other senior members or moderators regarding this matter. After all, anyone can make a mistake and misinterpret a rule, just like you have done in the past.

Forget about the rules, how a business account can be treated as a personal account where it's obvious that the business account was not handled by the single person who was accused to have a ban on the forum?

Show me which new account is pretending to represent a fictional business and continue using the forum?

I'll get back to this later because I need some time to gather references.
1066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Success or Fail? - Talking about Gambling as a major income on: June 18, 2023, 09:43:37 AM
I don't think you got my point at all. A guy has $50 in his pocket and can buy a few groceries for the week, but he is feeling lucky and decides if he goes to the casino and can win, he can buy groceries for the month. Taking a risk is the only way to ever win big in gambling.

Well, the thing is, statistically speaking, the chances of him going hungry are quite high if he opts for the casino route.  Wink

Yes, I agree that taking a risk is the only way to win big in gambling, but you shuld assess whether it's a risk you can afford to take. I don't think gambling with your grocery money is a smart move.
1067  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'John Abraham ≈ naim027' Coincidence or Connection? on: June 18, 2023, 09:19:26 AM
An employee is not the business, a business is not the employee.

What types of business? Is it sole proprietorship, or perhaps a self-employed person?? A partnership? Limited Liability Company (LLC)? Corporation?  Cheesy

Royse777 is my personal account and CasinoCritique is the business account representing the project casinocritique.com (handled by other members too).
For some reason if Royse777 is banned, how many will say CasinoCritique is ban evading? There can be another situation too. For some reasons if the casinocritique account receives a temp ban then do you think Royse777 will ban evading?

So, you're saying that someone who gets banned can easily create a new account, pretend to represent a fictional (or real) business, and continue using the forum without any consequences? It seems you overlooked the fact that the Cratoon account was active across multiple boards and forum threads, not solely limited to discussions about Paradice casino. Additionally, there is evidence of a merit hunt in the WO thread, where the user received a significant number of merits from his alt accounts (naim027 and AnotherAlt), and sent them to build his other alt accounts (Crypt0S0ul and John Abraham). That can't be right, can it?

I think "ban evasion" is a very simple forum rule. This is how I understand it, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong: If one of your accounts is banned, you, as an individual, are no longer allowed to use this platform, regardless of who you represent or work for. The ban applies to the person, not just the account.

If a killer is working in a grocery store and that grocery store doesn't provide assassination service then that grocery store is not responsible for what its employee is doing outside the store.

That's exaggerated to the point of absurdity. But, if the owner of a grocery store is aware that one of their employees is involved in criminal activities, including being a killer, and fails to report them to the authorities, they bear responsibility as it is their legal obligation to do so. In such a scenario, as a customer, would you feel comfortable patronizing such a grocery store?

with regard to using banned scanning services to find and place arbitrage/value bets.

Out of sheer curiosity, would you happen to know the whereabouts of these remarkable arbitrage/value bet scanning services? It's for a super important school project, you know. Wink

Yes, they worked for us, and we never suspected they could be the same person. During their working time, they worked at different times while our support agents tried not to overlap.

Basically, you can't really say for sure if both accounts on the bitcointalk forum are controlled by the same person or not? If you think back and recall the interactions you had with them, is it possible that they could be the same individual?

The evidence presented by forum members in this thread, linking the two accounts, appears to be indisputable. Do you have any evidence that contradicts this conclusion?

That so found of him any once mistake done at bounty registration he took it up to report and it won't check may be transactions of  those wallet have been connected once before,in my county here we do have a WhatsApp group which we posted Bounties update and we do beg gas fee from each other to move out tokens for sale and return back to the address which we borrowed it from..

Even if what you claim is true, your explanation falls apart when you consider that two or more users participate in campaigns using the same wallet addresses and social media accounts. How do you explain the connection between two accounts if not that they are owned by the same user or group?

though I don't blame him that only what he did to gets all his merit to this level he flagged me when his was a senior member now hero and you guys keep giving him power to do more... Lol😂

The whole point of this thread is to expose cheaters like you: greedy and selfish jerks who take advantage of their fellow campaign participants.
1071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What kind of rewards/bonuses do you prefer? on: June 17, 2023, 08:25:36 PM
actually in recent times most players are no longer focused on that signup bonus which has high wagering requirements, only a few people, a very small number of people are still behind signup bonus and that after seeing the high requirements they Decide on the casino right away, so what are most people looking for when it comes to casino bonuses?

If this was the case, then casino would have stopped giving the signup bonuses as no one would have signup seeing those offers. The fact is that people still get attractive towards the signup bonuses and don't care much about the tough wagering requirements.

I also think that is not the case. It seems that most casinos offer some type of signup or first deposit bonus, which tends to attract new, inexperienced gamblers. Some of these gamblers may not carefully read all the details of the bonus terms, or they may not fully understand the requirements. For instance, if a casino has a 30x or higher wagering requirement on the deposit amount, many players don't realize that the house edge makes it difficult to achieve a positive outcome.

Most of the gamblers are optimistic and they think that they will complete the wagering requirements and with this hope they jump in this to get these signup bonuses. Other may not pay attention to the details and after signing up and depositing, they come to know that the bonus can only be withdrawn if the wagering requirements are met.

Also, some players may not have enough knowledge about this, so they will be confused about it. As a result, many players go through the same situation and end up losing their money. Which is ultimately very favorable for the casino; and closes a cycle that can continue indefinitely; so long as there are new players to replace those who quit playing.

My three opinions can display if you read it clearly. Read all posts in four pages, maybe you can find out your own answer.

It would be much more effective if you could explain your point a little more clearly so that we don't have to play guessing games here. I have read your post very carefully, and I can't help but wonder what the whole point is.

At one point, you mentioned your scheme to make gambling a permanent source of income. Then, you stated that there is no 100% surefire method to win in gambling (which I personally agree with). Afterward, you discuss topics such as control, scammers, your years of experience in gambling... which adds to the confusion and makes it difficult to grasp the overall message you're trying to convey.

After a wave of bad news and their impacts comes a calm in crypto market, pushing it upside or simply stabilizing it, just like the calm which comes after the storm.
<...>

I totally agree with that! As a general rule, if there's no bad news and the market isn't under negative pressure, Bitcoin tends to pick up its upward trend after a short period of trading sideways. This is because there's a limited supply of new coins and a consistent increase in demand. But here's the catch: we never really know what unexpected curveballs might be lurking around the corner. Who knows what surprises, like the SEC's potential actions and their potential negative impact, may come our way? It's always a bit of a guessing game in the unpredictable world of cryptocurrencies.

But somehow I'm doubt to bet on Netherlands, I personally would probably choose both teams to score, because the odds are not too bad currently @1.62.

I have a hunch that the Netherlands might secure the third-place spot, despite Italy having the upper hand on paper and I agree the home advantage might give the Netherlands a chance to come out on top. Although, Italy put up a strong performance against Spain, it's worth considering their recent form and how well they performed. I agree with your prediction of both teams scoring, and I might even consider placing that bet myself. Good luck if you decide to go ahead with it!
1075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Nations League final four ⚽ on: June 17, 2023, 05:06:45 PM
Because Italy lost by Spain, and so Italy will return to play against the Netherlands in the next few hours to fight for third place. Of course, with such a close schedule it is difficult for Italy to be able to maximize the potential of its players. So yes, playing against the Netherlands is a difficult job for Italy, after previously under pressure from Spain and then Italy under pressure that was equally difficult against Netherlands and made me doubt Italy at this moment.

Yeah. While many are focused on the outcome of the final match, we should also pay attention to the match for third place between Italy and the Netherlands. Both teams have a rich history in football and have been struggling in recent years. Italy, once one of the most feared teams in international football, has failed to qualify for the World Cup 2018, and again in 2022. A four-time winner of the tournament and Euro 2020 champions! The Netherlands has been on a gradual decline in their performance ever since clinching the bronze medal at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, although they did manage to make it to the final of the Nations League in 2019, only to be defeated by the host country, Portugal.

What are your predictions, folks? Which of these two teams do you think will secure the third-place spot?

By the way, unless I'm mistaken, the match is scheduled to take place tomorrow at 15:00 CET, not in a few hours as you mentioned.
1076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I think topics/discussion on gambling addictions is too much on: June 17, 2023, 04:28:13 PM
What it all comes down to is Noone uses the search function and sees there is already a topic or 100 on a subject.

They have a weekly quota to meet and it's better for them to make a new thread and reply to people off and on to help them get their quota vs looking for threads to reply in.

This is the most accurate answer to that. Though gambling addiction is something that is very alarming, but people here are way too consistently excessive in discussing such topic and the worse is, there are like 2-3 same topics every week.
Well, so much for an awareness. In fact, those gambling addicts are not even aware that they already are LOL!

Yeah! I've been hanging out on this forum for a while now, and I'm starting to see the same topics pop up again and again. I bet it's even more noticeable for you two "old-timers" who have been around here for a while. You guys have probably seen it all! It's probably pretty rare to come across a brand new topic that hasn't already been talked about before.

I think it would be really cool if we could compile a list of all the most common questions and topics, like a wiki or something. Then, we could just link people to that post when they ask something that's already been covered.
1077  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How the casino takes money from you with a deposit bonus on: June 17, 2023, 03:40:47 PM
The bottom line though is, regardless of the RTP or anything, or what the required turnover is, it ends up to the user's luck.

That's true. But some casinos offer deposit bonuses that have conditions so unfavorable to new gamblers that it’s difficult for them to use them. And it's important to be extra cautious in such cases, especially when the conditions are not clearly stated and are hidden in the terms of use, which are often not thoroughly read by users. For example, some casinos offer deposit bonuses that can only be used on slots games. If you like table games and video poker more than slots, this is not good for you. You will be required to play only slots games and lose your money before you can use the bonus.
1078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How the casino takes money from you with a deposit bonus on: June 17, 2023, 12:48:33 AM
This is a great topic to discuss in the forum, and I bet many newbies have no clue about it or how to crunch the numbers.

OP, I couldn't help but notice you didn't mention something important. Lots of casinos offer deposit bonuses that come with a catch - you gotta meet specific wagering requirements by playing certain games. Usually, they'll focus on slot games, roulette, or some card games. Why? Well, 'cause these games tend to have a lower Return to Player (RTP) compared to other classic casino games like dice.
1079  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'John Abraham ≈ naim027' Coincidence or Connection? on: June 16, 2023, 09:50:11 PM
No one's forcing you to do anything. If you don't feel like sharing your private information publicly, you can choose to involve trusted community members like LoyceV who can verify the evidence you provide.

I'd say that no private data can prove anything in this case. Which data can it be? KYC? First it is against the basic ideas of true crypto. Second it can be easily falsificated. What else?

I don't think we should burden any respectable forum user with any private data of anyone else, especially when there is no vision of how it can prove anything. First we have to be sure that that sensitive information can significantly help but even then we can only think if we can ask someone to help with that, and the one who can probably be asked have all grounds for refusal.

I totally agree with what you're saying. The thing is, this guy hasn't really given us any solid evidence or tried to refute any of the points made against him. We've been waiting and waiting, but nothing!

Maybe he's worried about giving away his personal addresses or showing his blockchain transactions. But hey, we're not asking for his life story here, just some basic evidence to back up his claims. Without that, it's hard to take him seriously.

He said: "Think logically. I don't have to disclose my private data to prove that we are not the same person. You will eventually find it if you do your own research with a positive mindset."
So, I just try to think logically and with a positive mindset.

Instead, You guys are forcing me to reveal my private data.
Including me? No - I'm not forcing you to reveal private data, but I'm just hoping that you can disprove some of these allegations with some evidence. One of the proofs that I expect from you for defense is posting your telegram chat history with Naim027 especially when making transactions - but until now you keep avoid it and haven't been able to prove it.

John - this is not the best way to solve your problem but most of us firmly believe that you are Naim027.

Exactly! It does seem quite convenient that naim027 has kept a record of the entire chat history with Mahdirakib, especially if there's some tension between them after the exposure of his previous alt accounts. But he conveniently deleted all the chat messages he supposedly had with John Abraham? It's definitely raising some eyebrows. Or, for example, he claims to have sent a portion of the earnings from signature campaigns to his personal Binance account, but he has not shown a single transaction of this kind on the blockchain. If there's nothing to hide, why not share ALL the evidence?

Or what do you think?

Yeah, I'm with you on that one. The whole gambling addiction thing can be a recurring theme around here. But hey, if it's not your cup of tea, just scroll on by, my friend. Ignore it like a pesky pop-up ad. On the other hand, if you feel like it's getting out of hand or becoming a broken record, don't hesitate to hit that report button and let the mods do their magic.

But, people should have the freedom to open topics they're passionate about unless it's crossing any forum rules, of course. At the end of the day, we're all here for different reasons and interests. So, as long as the rules are intact, let the discussions flow and the diverse voices be heard. It's what makes this forum a lively place to be.
