1181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My dream for bitcoin on: January 21, 2020, 03:51:24 PM
countries that developing their own currency will soon realize that it is not appropriate for them to have one instead they need to adopt bitcoin as a major currency than fiat .
i have a dream that 1 day every people in the world will seek to have Bitcoin but all of us here in crypto will be lucky to have it earlier than them.
because if time comes for sure we will be rich being early adopter .
In such a case, I think most countries will prefer to use their own cryptocurrency rather than depending on bitcoin.
Governments might ban bitcoin and use their own cryptocurrency just like how every nation has their own fiat currency.

I don't think so, unless they're mandated to use it or btc every single crypto is prohibited inside their country except their own crypto (but this kind of scenario is very ideal because this may also means dictatorship). For example, the Mintcoin by Canada. This coin is currently ranked 459 at the CMC. See? If people really prefer using their on coin then why it already seems forgotten by our market. This only means that most of us still remain using the coin at the top of the list — bitcoin. Change my mind.
1182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My personal challenge: $1,000 to $1 Million on: January 21, 2020, 01:15:17 PM
Nothing is impossible in crypto, I hope you success OP.
$1,000 to $1 Million is a very ambitious journey, but if it's achievable in long term hold, it could also be possible through active trading.

Good luck, x1,000 of your capital is quite hard to achieve now that we are not anymore in the early stage but your dedication will make it possible.
I don't want to burst OP's bubble but I think waiting for his money to grow up to 1 million will take him forever. Don't get me wrong, I believe that he can definitely make profit in due time but 1M is too big. If you really want to attain that dream then don't just wait and depend on the power of time, he should grind by means of doing trading or maybe business or any kind of investment Smiley.
1183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The future of bounty looks uncertain on: January 21, 2020, 11:43:28 AM
Scam projects are the reason why bounties and offering dies.
Both investor and bounty hunter got tired of being scammed so most of us decided to stop supporting and promoting them.
How unfortunate for the bounty hunters out there. If I were you I'll focus more in investing of course and now start trying signature campaigns at the same time. Becauase in reality, sig campaigns got higher chances of being legit compare to bounties, plus, they are mostly handled by reputable managers so you can assure that scam and real ones are filtered very well Smiley.
but for me, it's good to see campaign managers are just people who handle projects. while the screening will focus more on the participants who follow the campaign. so don't expect more for screening by the manager because it would be better if we were able to assess the project and also do research inside.
Yeah, of course you still need further research regarding that certain project. What I want to emphasize is that sig campaign managers are somehow helping on picking the right project. Imagine, they are only offering/introducing qualitu projects to us thus we don't now need to worry about or doubt whether we will fall into a scam or not. That's a big deduction on our burden as investors, right Grin?

1185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: January 21, 2020, 05:44:23 AM
Looking good that the alt coin booming is coming. Hold out as much as you can and never be depressed
Where did you find that kind of motivation because I really need that one Grin. Anyway, I don't think that would be a good idea because too much coin hoarding is very dangerous especially that you're trying to hold is altcoin — a coin which is more unstable than btc. Since all of us can't assure the future of a certain coin, we should learn to diversify our assets so that we can still have a safe haven Smiley.
1186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 20, 2020, 10:56:33 PM
[...] Kabib can't be the face of UFC since the guy doesn't smile often, they can't put a face to the public that doesn't smile unlike Conor
You have a point, he might not become the face of UFC but at least the respect of fans was there and he has an undefeated record proving us that he is the best in his division despite of bein less popular and underrated. Yeah! He don't have the charisma which McGregor had but the numbers speaks loud for him. For that reason, I think that's enough to get proud of.
1187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What bitcoin ideas do you have? Share it! on: January 20, 2020, 01:03:04 PM
We'll have a lot more success promoting online than in real life. I try my best to explain this in comment sections on BTC articles on Facebook usually.
Hmm, the term "more success" is not appropriate I think. I think the better term to be used is "more efficient". Actually, promoting btc in person is the best way to convince others to try it too because you can give more emphasis on your explanation Smiley.
1188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Daily Living on: January 20, 2020, 05:05:52 AM
I do not think that bitcoin can be used in everyday life, at least not yet.
yeah i'm also agree with you.because, now bitcoin price is not stable.that's why this coin is not usable for our everyday life.

yes i also agree with you. I think bitcoin cannot be used for daily life because its high volatility makes it not suitable for payment. and I also live in a country that does not allow the use of bitcoin as a means of payment. so far I have not been able to use bitcoin for real life I only use bitcoin for investment and trading.
Take it slowly guys, be patient Smiley. Our dream of having mass adoption will not happen overnight. Yeah! I agree with you that bitcoin can't be used in our daily life literally but at least crypto industry is now more accessible for everyone compared a decade ago, isn't it? Chill, let's just continue spreading the good vibes brought by this new technology and I know we can make it.
1189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone [JAN 2020] Discussion on: January 20, 2020, 03:43:04 AM
Those shoulder hits does really give out impact and what makes Cerrone face swell so fast plus getting kicked
and hit up the jaw so hard.
Yeah, that's very intelligent move Shocked and honestly it's my first time to use one's shoulder for hitting his opponent Grin. So unique! He is wise for using his height disadvantage into useful weapon. Conor prove what he said, he totally read Cerrone like a children's book l.
Yes, hes back and the thing which surprises me off is that he do approach his opponent and shows sportmanship?
thats new to me.
I also find it unusual hahaha. I guess he finally learned himself in every battle he face, thanks to Khabib Grin.
1190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A good advice for every traders. on: January 19, 2020, 11:04:33 AM
Even when your trading logic is solid, and based on watching other successful people, following the logic is the hardest part. It's simply not that easy, emotions get in the way.
You should never allow your emotions take control of your intellect. I think emotions should be kept away when you are trading. If you are very emotional then a quick dump and lose can give you nervous breakdown. When you a solid logic and you are following experienced people you will achieve your target. Just set your mind before starting any trade that you will either win or lose, but both will add to experience. Positive hopes will keep you going.
It's easy to say but hard to do. In reality, you can't easily set aside your emotional well being when it comes to trading. Of course, it's natural for us humans, to get panic and feel frustrated when our money is declining drastically. We're not robots after all Grin. However, we don't have any choice but to do so because these things could lead us to worse situations. I know it's hard in the beginning but you can get used to it in the long run Cheesy.
1191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 19, 2020, 09:15:36 AM
I think he can think if a reason to fight and at the same time help his people. If this will continue, Manny can look at this fight as an exhibition match and the percentage of his earnings can go to the people who are affected by the eruption of Taal in Batangas in our country. It is for money but it is for the better of his people.
If that would be the case then I agree — he will close definitely fight Conor. We all know that Manny got a soft heart for his countrymen especially in time of crisis like the Taal volcanic eruption. Yeah! The money he will earn on this fight (if ever really happen) could really help a lot of evacuees and renovate affected areas. But for now, it was still a rumor so let's see what what happen next.

By the way, Congrats to Conor for his victory against Cerrone. Job well done Smiley.
1192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 18, 2020, 11:48:43 PM
The bottomline of course of this match is about the money. But yes it is true, McGregor and Pacquiao will give a better fight in the ring as they will really give what they've got. Unlike Mayweather, which is always playing safe, counting technicals and others. And if this will happen, I think boxing fans will still watch this fight with enthusiasm.
Of course! Because I can't see any reasons why they are thinking about this idea except for money Roll Eyes (What's happening in the sports industry nowadays *sigh). But the real question is Manny will agree on the deal? Yeah we all know that he is a "Yes Man" when it comes to any fight but this one is very different thing. I don't think he will not fight a fighter without a pro boxing career just for money.
1193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 17, 2020, 10:05:19 AM
[snip]

Don't count out Philly as well, right now they are very inconsistent, but I'm sure that when playoff comes, they are going to be a different team. Of course defending champ Raptors and the newly build Celtics are also going to contend in the east.
No offense mate but for me Philadelphia will not make it as same as Pacers and Heat despite of their good standing at his very moment. Yeah they are good teams but for me they're not as solid as Celtics or Raptors. But who knows? Everything is possible especially that they're close against each other. So I think this will be a battle of accuracy, one wrong move and you will fall behind Grin. I love this kind of crucial situations, it excites me.
1194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 17, 2020, 07:05:02 AM

It's best to just wait for the playoffs as that's the stage of the game where Giannis has to solve.
They were embarrassed by the Raptors last playoffs after they easily beat the Celtics but since no raptors in the east, probably now the real challenge is in the NBA finals, that if they will have the same easy journey again like last year.
I still don't think Giannis and his team will no2 have an easy journey in the East becauase every team on that conference are also good and no one knows which one will suddenly explode. Yeah! I agree that they can now easily swipe Raptors because of they don't have Kawhi anymore but Celtics is still there. Actually, I find Celtics stronger today compare the times when they got Irving. They are more harmonized and got better ball rotation. Well, Let's find out if they can now make it to the Finals or they will choke again Grin.
1195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Can I pay in Bitcoin here?" - go and ask this each time you pay something! on: January 17, 2020, 05:37:41 AM
Once we start the New Year I propose myself to do this at least once in every store I get in. This is exactly how we can create adoption by the law of demand. If there is demand there should be offer. Wink
Once the store managers would find out about the demand of the customers to pay in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies they will certainly look into ways to accept that method of payment - no doubt about that, but we need enough people to do this.
I'll join with you mate. Now I realized how fool I am for I haven't do such thing before. To be honest, I only seek for signages of "We accept BTC" every time I see stores along the roadand  without even trying to ask them first — My bad. I'll be more courageous from now on Smiley. If I found nothing then at least I am able to enlighten them and who knows they'll do further research regarding this new tech.
1196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: January 17, 2020, 12:21:35 AM
I thought Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder would be a great boxing match before the Andy Ruiz fight but not anymore and we know how he won the rematch against Ruiz and to expect Anthony Joshua to knock out Deontay Wilder is a fantasy as he does have a good chin and he even took some good shots from Luis Ortiz and did not go down and if he can take shots from Ortiz then he can probably take from Joshua too and i am expecting Wilder to knock Joshua out silly  Wink.
I'm thinking the same thing too Grin. After I've watched the first Joshua - Ruiz fight, I already realize that AJ was still far from Wilder's capacity lol. I mean, Joshua find a hard time against Ruiz so what more if  he is going to face a more dangerous opponent? No way! Wilder got a very high knockout power, I don't think AJ can survive all 12 rounds with him.
1197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 16, 2020, 04:45:13 PM
Don't get me wrong guys, Zion is a good rookie. But whatever you'll say, his efficiency will definitely decrese due to his previous injury (in physical or mental aspect). So I guess it's better if we don't expect too much at this moment, let's give him some time to cope first. I just hope things will turn good for him because many fans and I'm sure that his team as well is rooting on him, I hope he will not choke throughout his career. Grin.

Wow, I love seeing when you guys are heating up the talk about an upcoming young gun specially the number 1 draft pick.
I also love the atmosphere as long as it will remain a friendly debate. How funny to think that we suddenly became sports analysts because of that rookie.

Guys, I think Ja Morant is better than Zion. (Lol sorry for creating additional issue Grin, just kidding)
1198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 16, 2020, 01:13:58 PM
[snip]

If we think the game will be fix and that is our main reason betting on the Meralco, I think that is a wrong decision.
For sure, people were thinking the same in game 4 but fix did not happen, in fact the game was not even a close one, so it could be the same scenario.
Well, you've got a good point as well Smiley. I understand that you think that way since this is a battle of two different companies: MVP and SMB Corp. But my gut feel really says that Game 5 is for Bolts hahaha. Imagine this, the series may seem so boring, fast and not challenging if it will end very soon —  and that's very unusual to witnessed in every Finals. Nevertheless, it's fine with me if GSM will finally make a conclusion because I'm a Ginebra fan too Grin.
1199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 16, 2020, 11:25:11 AM
[...] it makes sense that Ginebra will finish this, unless the fix is in.
Indeed. I have a strong gut feeling and very confident that they can already close this conference in Game 5 because their strategy is very effective. Durham is pressured and 3 point shooting of Ginebra is also on fire. However, I still can't get rid of my mind the tendency of game fixing (like what you've said) despite of not being a sister company. You know what I mean, PBA is a big business after all Grin.

So in my opinion, placing your bet in Meralco in their next match is not bad to put into your consideration. It's very understandable Cheesy. Good luck guys.
1200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin over Bluetooth? on: January 16, 2020, 09:06:01 AM
So the bottom line, we can send crypto through Bluetooth. It is so cool and sounds amazing Shocked. However, I'm getting a little bit skeptical with regards to speed of data transfer. I mean, most of us already quit using Bluetooth because faster data sharing apps like ShareIt and etc. are already invented.

If sending bitcoin through Bluetooth takes a half hour or longer than that then I'm pass. I still stick it our usual way Grin.
