1261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Transactions Fees x Gambling on: April 10, 2021, 03:23:42 PM
There are currently various gambling casino that offers others crypto other than bitcoin and ethereum on their platform. You can check and try them out and deposit with the most convenient crypto and the least fee you can find.

If the gambling casino that you want to play to doesn't offer other crypto other than bitcoin and ethereum then you might as well lower the fees which is an option on the wallet that you are using which is metamask. It might take longer to process but the fee won't be as high. Same goes to bitcoin.

Also, based on the image you've posted, it came from coins wallet which is ,for me, has one of the highest fees when transferring. I suggest you don't use that wallet for transferring crypto and only use it for withdrawal.

If they have taken over a coin and they are promoting it this way, that means they are planning on a great future for it

Freebitco.in isnt taking over FUN Token thats a misconception. Freebitco.in simply uses / integrate FUN Token to their website to be used as some sort of access pass to the WOF feature. Its completely different

It isn't a misconception. We bought out the majority of the cold storage and now control the smart contract.
Great thing that you clarified it to public that Freebitcoin now has access and control over FUN tokens. With this, we, the users, may be able to expect great things and bonuses for us.
Well with most of the FUN under their control, I do expect some of the changes that could happen is that under the fortune of wheel we may soon have Fun tokens to be up for winning. Also, in wining lottery we might have the fun tokens to be won rather than btc which is now. Though this change depends upon admin if they want to introduce something like this.
Surely, we can expect each FUN holders to receive some sort of bonuses other than additional WOF spins and possible token rewards on WOF.
I hope that we can stake our token on the platform other than holding it as I see FUN tokens as long term investment.

Payments have been credited on our accounts for almost an hour now (at 4:10pm UTC) . Thank you yahoo Smiley

Unexpected, but thanks for the two week campaign @Betnomi and @ yahoo62278.
Its unexpected and the participants promoting betnomi should not be over angry because the duration of betnomi signature campaign was not specified, so it can be call off anytime any hour, because its seems that many participants are angry for quick closed of the signature which lasted for two weeks only.
No one's angry that the campaign had to closed after 2 weeks of running. Rather, we are glad to be a part of Betnomi signature campaign along with yahoo as the manager. It was a great 2 week experience but it was unexpected since I think the campaign was planned to run for 4 weeks based on the signature details of " Betnomi signature and avatar campaign week 1 to 4"

Again, thank you yahoo and betnomi. It was a pleasure to be a part of Betnomi Campaign.  Cheesy

has anyone claimed recently reward from points? (threshold 100K RP)
is it still 1:1 rate ?
A few others have already given you the appropriate answer, but I would like to add that I have converted 100k RP into 0.001 btc during last month. The exchange rate is still 1RP= 1satoshi. I was going to post it here, but forgot about it because I was busy in real life. The amount of RP I have before exchange

I have posted my progress in this thread while I had 84k RP. You may see that here
Congratulations on reaching 100k Reward Points and successfully traded it into BTC.  Cheesy

May I know how long it take you to earn that much reward points? I'm still on my way to reach 80k RP soon and I'm undecided whether I set my goal on grinding the weekly lottery or just convert it bitcoin.

Also, Is it worth it to convert it rather than grinding for those bonus such as lottery ticket and free bitcoin? Again, Congratulations on converting your RP to BTC. 🎉🎉
1268  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: March 30, 2021, 08:16:49 PM
No need to concentrate solely on the negatives. Take the case of UK for example. The number of new infections have fallen by 95%, and the number of deaths from COVID 19 has fallen by 98%. Along with Israel and China, UK has been one of the success stories against COVID 19, thanks to the vaccination program. As the vaccination progresses in other countries, they also will be able to bring the pandemic under control.
Agree, but for a country that is still hampered by the distribution of vaccines, I think to be more aware about maintaining distance, still obeying regulations such as health protocols that are enforced. Since only those simple steps continue as long as vaccination is not completely evenly distributed, there is still a lot of time needed in terms of vaccination so we shouldn't be careless in this period.
It's hard to not see the negative especially if you that the government doesn't take the pandemic too serious and I'm taking about Philippines as they intend that Private companies to provide funds for the vaccination of the public by requiring them to donate half of the vaccines bought to the government. Currently, most of the major cities on Philippines are still on Enhance Quarantine due to the continue of rise of new covid19 infections. I just hope that everything to go back to how it was and be better.
1269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: March 30, 2021, 08:09:11 PM
Yes, new gambling sites can add altcoins withdrawal system. By following this, it may help them for marketing. It will be considered as a marketing tool for them which will help a lot to grow faster and also will he helpful for gamblers too. But we are doing withdraw with forcibly high withdrawal fee.

Even with that feature, those new gambling sites will take a long road before being recognized. In some cases, a gambler will still stick to their preferred gambling site disregarding fees as it's riskier to just try those new sites just because they support all coins.

But in the event that the site survived the hard part, surely it will gather more gamblers on their site. Not that easy though if we will look at how vast now the crypto-gambling world is.
Agreed, most gamblers prefer reputable gambling casinos as they know how much their funds are protected no matter how much the fees are. Also, no matter how low the transaction fee on newer gambling sites as long as they aren't reputable, gamblers would disregard them especially High Rollers.

Also, there is also a reason why older casino still runs up until now no matter fewer changes and updates are done on their site as they have already built their Reputation around the gambling community. An example of a great gambling site is Primedice which has been on the gambling industry for quite some time now.
1270  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 60+ Billion Bets | 113+ BTC Jackpot! on: March 30, 2021, 08:02:17 PM
I played a few years ago on this site. Are you still considering a good dice site?
I too have played on this site way back 2016 or 2017 and stop for a while due to personal reason. But still I came back unto playing on PD again last year and I can say that it is still a GREAT dice site. There are a lot of new things added and updated on the site.

I'm still enjoying this gambling the same as before but I've missed the people I've made friends on Primedice. I can't seem to remember any of people on chat, even moderators are different now.
1271  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it really a benefit that nobody controls the price? on: March 30, 2021, 07:56:47 PM
Quote
Is it really a benefit that nobody controls the price?

By this, I think you are referring to decentralized markets... so let's go back to basic, the price is determined by supply and demand, depending on the market cap one whale or a group of whales can shake the supply and demand, therefore they can affect the price!

So let's focus on the whales... in fiat (traditional currencies) whales are countries and banks, wealthy individuals like Rothchild's, Gates (and many others)... they can control the market, big part of the market... and ordinary people here don't have a vote...
In crypto, the story is a bit different... here we have many individuals across the world with a small or big stash of coins, but we have a vote... we decide to sell or buy and we decide to contribute to something or not!

In the end, there are ways for controlling the price, and all sorts of manipulations are possible in all markets... but we can ask ourselves do we wish to have some vote in that or not!? I think crypto is giving us the opportunity for that!
Still even if we have a vote on the whether the price increase or decrease, these whales can affect the price too much if they decided to buy out or buy in. Fiat Millionaires/ Billionaires can affect the crypto market as well even if we have huge holders to protect the market, they can still destroy and crash the market on crypto.

Not only their money makes them powerful but also their influence which is enough to pump or dump the market just as how Elon Musk and his company made an impact on bitcoin price increase.

We must be on the watch to them as they that powerful to affect the market. Huge holders and whales can't be compared to these billionaires as their influence can be used as a FUD or to HYPE the market.
1272  Economy / Economics / Re: holding bitcoin from early 2010 till today on: March 30, 2021, 07:41:20 PM
is there someone holding  bitcoin from early 2010   when the price is around 0.01 and still not selling today?    just wondering?
I haven’t seen anyone that owns Bitcoin since 2010 that is here in the forum and most of them that I know have even quit from it after they were able to secure a good amount of profit, and I just don’t understand why they decide to quit. Anyway, it can be possible that there can be people who invested in Bitcoin since then that are still around and maybe they are still holding it or they might have sold it this time around since the market went really big at this time.

Though most of the stories I have read about those who had it then and never withdrew is that they end up forgetting their passwords and that is how they lose their coins.
There are tons of users from this forum that still holds unto their coins and was an early adopters way back 2010. Most of them are still very active from the forum and are already legendary members trying to help the forum without being held up by cash and contributing real updates on crypto. Try exploring the forum more and you'll realize that they are still here, try checking out the meta, Wall Observer, Technical Support, Mining and other sections which are excluded on bounty programs and campaigns.

But still most of them quitted the forum and witdrawn, invested, became a trader or a millionaire.
1273  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing only for the rich? Think again on: March 30, 2021, 07:24:42 PM
Investment aren't only for the rich but there are certain assets that requires a  minimum amount to be able to buy in and get a share on their company which may be the reason behind the myth of " Only the rich can invest in the best business" but there are loopholes to be able to get a share from these companies such as pooling of funds.

But not all investments on big companies can provide a huge profit as most of the higher profitable investment came from the brand new companies. They may be higher risks but the reward behind it is worth it.

Your progress from having a huge investment fund may be faster but it doesn't mean that having low funds to start on won't be fast also as there are ways and timing where you can expedite your investment faster. More research, knowledge and being able to keep up to the market news and opportunities will help you boost your way on profiting.
We can really tell the difference between those people who had bigger and deeper pockets than to those who do have just that minimum deposit or investment that they could possibly produce.
There are indeed probabilities or chances that you can still make money out of those small capital but it would be definitely be a big challenge or would really be needing that extra effort
than to those who had bigger bankrolls or capitals because a slight movement in the price would really be a considerable profit gain for them but of course to think that theyve
been risking a lot higher compared to yours then its understandable. Its just the difference on the intensity of the fund that had been put out.
Having bigger capital would produce a huge a profit especially on those one time investment opportunities but we must also appreciate how much risk it is when they invest on these investment as a simple drop on price would affect their capital. Also, because of them the price increase significantly due to their huge investments.
Anyway, along the way our investment will grow big as time comes. We just have to avoid withdrawing and focus on compounding your earnings to be able to catch up with big investors. Soon we will all be whales on the trading community once we continue trading.
1274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: March 30, 2021, 07:11:04 PM
I do put a lot of respect now for the money I receive from my signature provider. It's money like all other money and gamble it away would super foolish since I put time and effort when posting here. In the past, with a lower btc price I was more wild and I did stupid mistakes but that time is over.
Every little counts!
Well it's our own money and earnings from the Signature Campaign that we've joined. We are free to use that money no matter how we like it. Bitcoin's price was definitely low way back and even signature rewards back then wasn't as high as today but I remember it being not dependent on USD which was great.

Anyway, it's not a bad thing if you gamble, trade, invest with it even with just a small amount of your earnings to at least risk it to be able to increase your money. I sometimes gamble with mine, mostly on the gambling site that I'm advertising to support them but I limit myself to not losing the whole amount I've received.
1275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Internet connectivity - Gambling wins/losses on: March 30, 2021, 06:54:15 PM
Yes its very common in my country internet connection loss and it happened to me often i missed to place a gamble on games because of the sudden connection shutdown and i would've  won many of them if i could place those bets.

Bad timing, internet connection problem annoyed you if you see those open opportunities and lose it because you just can't connect the website and place your bet.

It's critical as you are really aiming to take that win that supposedly providing you a very decent profits, it happened if not to all gamblers online but it can say that most already experienced this annoying situations.

Along the way, you just got to accept that you can't do nothing but to continue and try to find another opportunities maybe internet will allow you and not to bother you again.
I often experience this before way back 2017 when my internet speed was just 1-5mpbs which mostly disconnects from time to time. It is freaking irritating specially when it comes to sports betting as you wouldn't able to get a chance to bet once it is locked.

But there's this one time, when I've bet on a team at the last minute and my internet slowed down which makes it hard for me to connect and set the bet. But after a couple minutes the bet was counted atleast 3 times and won the game. I've received 3 times the amount I supposedly won, I thought it will be deducted sooner but nothing happened after. Grin HAHAHAHHAHA
1276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government ban on crypto on: March 30, 2021, 06:41:11 PM
Government can ban it but they can't stop their people to use Bitcoin. Recently china govt tried to ban mining and uses of bitcoin but they failed badly. Indian govt and Nigeria attempted to regulate cryptocurrency and tried to stop their people to trade crypto via Bank account, But they did not succeed and has finally been forced to give legitimacy to bitcoin transactions. So, govt can ban crypto but It will not be good for them.
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are already ban from certain countries, if I am correct. Most of them are denied access from crypto, like how the government ban access on certain websites, which users are forced to VPN to access cryptocurrency. Yes, they can still have access on crypto but it would a hassle to and can be problem on certain website as they can be targeted for account termination or inaccessible account once found out that they live on certain banned country.

An example where an account error may happen are on gambling website and trading website where KYC are held. Even, non-strict website on KYC can hold your funds when you've been ask for an KYC due to transaction on your account. Most of this situation results on an account termination or funds being on hold due to illegal use of crypto.

There are various inconvenience that these ban can cause to their citizen trying to access crypto which is best to follow the protocol or migrate somewhere else to be eligible on full access on crypto.
1277  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be in a hurry on: March 30, 2021, 06:08:24 PM
Actually, if we stick to the plan, there is no need to rush in trading, because we have already determined buy and sell targets. So before
the buy / sell target is reached there is no need to do anything, because acting outside the plan is usually making a loss in trading.
In other words, we really need to have patience in trading, if we really want to get a profit. Crypto market is volatile, making us panic
and take action outside the plan. This must be avoided.
Indeed, there is no need to enter a trade instantly. Before making any trade, we should determine our entry, our stop loss as well as our profit by using technical analysis and then, we just need to wait for the price to get into our zone. Trading heedlessly only makes our capital smaller because of losing order. There is one thing I think that it is necessary for all trader: to understand ourselves as well as our weaknesses in order to avoid making the same mistakes over and over again.
Unfortunately, not all plan is determinate and can be expected to happen especially in trading. No matter how much you set your buy and sell targets, it might not go as you have planned. Most of the time, the stop loss you've set happened before the big pump which makes your investment and trading activity hard to manage.

It's best to set your limit while watching the market go and be prefer to what happens next whether you exit, buy more or just to hold and wait. Nothing is determinate no matter how much research you've put into trading but being cautious is a needed practices when trading.
1278  Economy / Economics / Re: donating 50% of the vaccines purchased to the government. on: March 30, 2021, 05:37:52 PM
Our government is so f*cked up on handling the covid-19 issue. They have been requesting loans on other countries to help us aid the covid 19 which has accumulate of billions of pesos or even dollars yet the response and actions being shown to our citizens aren't great.

Companies are forcefully being required to donate half of their purchase of vaccines to the government is too much of a spoonfeed. I mean, they've loaned too much already so why requiring private companies to donate half of vaccine purchase. I even heard that private companies have another choice which they must buy their vaccine directly on the government but the catch is they must pay the overprice vaccine that the government has to offer.
1279  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you like Volatility? Debate on: March 30, 2021, 05:20:00 PM
Without the volatility of price on crypto, there wouldn't be any trading happening and the same goes to financial market or stocks. There would be no point if the price is stable as the market will stay the same even if you hold it on the long run or the short run. It's more like savings rather than trading.

Also, the volatility on bitcoin will keep on happening as long as there are demands on the market. The amount being mined is also a factor of this volatility due to it's maximum circulation not yet being met. We might be able to see a more stable market on bitcoin when all of the bitcoin is mined as the amount of bitcoin will be more controlled due to it's limited amount.
1280  Economy / Economics / Re: Im big fan of stable coins and this is what I think on: March 30, 2021, 04:50:30 PM
Government dont want Control, Government serve People who are wealthy Government are protecting wealthy People just.
If you be right time on  right place with right actions sure you want to stay wealthy.
So you the first adopter of stable coin will be successful.
You need to be Financial well then no matter what Government does it.

That doesn't make rational sense.  You don't get wealthy by merely adopting stablecoins.  You could only potentially increase your wealth by gambling with them by attempting to buy other coins with them that might increase versus the value of the stablecoin.  But at the same token, you can also lose wealth doing that.  Simply holding stablecoins doesn't do squat.
We as you know you get stable coins when btc or alts going up and you sell it.
What do you mean? Holding other crypto doesn't entitle you to receive or get any stable coin. Also, holding stable coins won't produce any profit in the long run as the name states already, they are stable coins.

The only thing that I agree about you is the potential of stable coins to be adopted by the government and banks. Bitcoin and other crypto volatility is one of the reason why I don't see them to be use or adopted by the government unlike stable coins. For me, stable coins are like fiat currency that has been made into a digital currency.
