1341  Other / Meta / Re: anyone else getting 1000 bitcoin virus emails a week on: February 22, 2014, 04:29:43 AM
I'm not too sure what's up with you, but my email is pretty clean as far as spam goes. And I've been here since '10.
1342  Economy / Gambling / Re: How big is the bitcoin gambling market at the moment? on: February 22, 2014, 04:23:36 AM
I doubt that dice gaming will disappear anytime soon, maybe the smaller ones but JD and PD will probably be around for quite a while to come with their sheer volume. Even if someone new enters the market, it is rather hard to reinvent the wheel and come up with a different gaming experience that people would be willing to switch to.
1343  Economy / Lending / Re: cex.io mining lend - btcjam.com offer on: February 22, 2014, 04:18:43 AM
Yeah, aside from the obvious issues, do you even have any collateral? The major rule with this board is no collateral no loan with very few exceptions.
1344  Economy / Gambling / Re: NitrogenSports.EU - Bitcoin Sportsbetting - Best Odds - Teasers - Mobile on: February 21, 2014, 10:18:27 PM
Could you guys look into optimising the site for mobile as it's lagging extremely badly on both my iPhone and Android which is rather annoying when I'm on the run and want to place a bet. Thanks.

1346  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How to get back stolen coins. on: February 19, 2014, 05:05:00 AM
You can't. If you could that would defeat the purpose of bitcoin. Your going to just have to learn from it and have better account security.
1347  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Did TradeFortress every pay back all the money after that inputs.io scandal on: February 19, 2014, 02:18:05 AM
Nope, not even close to all that he owed after inputs.io went down. I'd be extremely surprised if he even paid back half of what he stole and even then he probably made a killing off of it back when BTC was much higher.
1348  Economy / Gambling / Re: The most up to date list of gambling entertainment one can find? on: February 18, 2014, 09:44:48 AM
Bitbook or Nitrogensports are both reasonably good, Nitro a bit better for lines since Bitbook shifted away from the Pinnacle lines by a bit to have more safety. Both offer instant withdrawals and have reasonably good grading times.
1349  Economy / Lending / Re: Requesting .36 BTC, sending back .40 on: February 17, 2014, 11:52:11 AM
I just basically wanted to know if someone would be willing for that. Then he can tell me, and we can discuss further things like a suitable collateral and other things.

You might want to include your "collateral" as part of your offer then. Oh wait...  Roll Eyes
1350  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best system on dice sites? on: February 16, 2014, 04:33:00 AM
Yeah, what your referring to right there is the martingale system http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martingale_(betting_system) and no in the short term there is no guarantee that the house wins. There is no "best" method despite what people will tell you, it's simply about luck and variance in probability. Of course as you approach an infinite number of bets you approach that 0.5% or whatever house edge they have, but a) you'll never reach that number of bets and b) there is always a crap ton of variance anyways.

And despite what you think 16 losses in a row sounds good (1/65536) but you must remember that the past has no influence on the future and hence don't think just because you've lost 15 times in a row you won't lose a 16th.
1351  Economy / Gambling / Re: should Ponzi's be in the gambling section? on: February 16, 2014, 01:41:17 AM
Eh, I'm not too sympathetic to those who get fleeced, if your a complete idiot and you cannot learn from your mistakes then you really are asking to get screwed. Anyway, it's just frustrating to have to filter out all the ponzi garbage whenever I come here.
1352  Economy / Gambling / Re: should Ponzi's be in the gambling section? on: February 16, 2014, 01:31:42 AM
Even a blind man could see that these ponzis really don't belong in this section. I'm hopeful for a new sub, but I really wouldn't mind it if they just deleted all the threads (ain't gonna happen). The whole thing has become a giant conglomerate of crap posts.
1353  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.01 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE on: February 16, 2014, 01:02:48 AM
Once again, another on time payment! Great campaign so far Smiley
1354  Economy / Gambling / Re: NitrogenSports.EU - Bitcoin Sportsbetting - Best Odds - Teasers - Mobile on: February 16, 2014, 12:59:57 AM
With your mobile version, could you implement cookies properly as it never recognises me when I'm betting on my iPhone. As well as that I've noticed a consistent issue with button in the top right only showing account stuff and the starting soon sports, but not the whole list of sports meaning I have to refresh a couple of times. Would appreciate it if you could fix this.
1355  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Ponzi.io - Fast, Guaranteed 120% Payouts on: February 16, 2014, 12:52:02 AM
There is 3BTC on the adress and people are still depositing : a few deposits everyday! Scary
I'm wondering if they are just all plain stupid (perfectly possible) or at least they have some sort of excuse: maybe the address has been posted somewhere else, in a new scam (no idea why the scammer would use the same address again, though).

Trust me, the fact that ponzis even get off the ground are an indication of greed outweighing logic. These people may not be complete idiots but instead have a tendency towards emotive reasoning (ie focusing on the possible BTC they will make and ignoring the possibility of losing what they put in).
1356  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitBook.biz - Bitcoin sportsbook - Instant Withdrawals - Widely Trusted on: February 16, 2014, 12:07:14 AM
Could you guys grade the Beck vs Lepchenko match please? Thanks.
1357  Economy / Gambling / Re: 130% PONZI-Fast and Payments Guaranteed!!! on: February 16, 2014, 12:03:08 AM
Because it 100% works.  The guy is legit and I can vouch for him.  He's not going anywhere....

Who are you???

Actually, it only works as long as there are still people stupid enough to put money in. Once that dries up your not getting your money back at all, regardless of whether he's legit etc. And to OP if your going to run a ponzi at least up some more effort into it, no-one is going to trust a newbie to process payments "manually".
1358  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✯✯ ฿itChaser's Sharp Betting Tips | FREE | Results: +7.3 Units ✯✯ on: February 12, 2014, 07:10:06 AM
Nice to see another free capper who is keeping their record in actual units rather than crappy percentiles. Hope to see you add write-ups and good luck with your plays! Smiley

1360  Economy / Lending / Re: looking for a loan between 0.1 and 0.05 on: February 10, 2014, 08:54:42 AM
You'd need to state what kind of collateral you can provide as well as what kind of interest one can expect with this loan.
