1361  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: April 21, 2016, 11:06:14 AM
the thing is... Bitcoin is already a global currency. Aside from Bitcoin only gold can be compared to a global currency. Bitcoin is the perfect toll for international transactions
I think it is still very young to say that bitcoin is an international currency? bitcoin still under paypal and gold in the movement of the market each year. so bitcoin still need to progress more rapidly again to be a global currency.
global currency must necessarily be greater than the dollar right ?
No, bitcoin is not under paypal, but paypal is going to dump under the wave of bitcoin, every user of paypal who learn about the features of bitcoin immediately transfer to there.

Yeah, I also have noticed that, including me all my friends who are online earners are now on bitcoin, a time was there when all of us were fan of paypal, and we were only with paypal for most of our transactions but after adopting bitcoin we are going to forget paypal.

Guys bitcoin is not global currency, global currency is dollar today, dollar is trusted. Bitcoin can't beat dollar till it's crypto currency, need to become fiat first.

Yeah bitcoin will never ever replace dollar as global currency because bitcoin is relying to dollars And  many struggles and pumping to bitcoin before it happens but all i can say is bitcoin is global e currency used by people around the globe. Bitcoin needs to prove his strength first so that online stores will accept it. I think the reason why online shopping website dont accept it as proof of payment is because the price of it is not stable.

there are already plenty of online merchants that are accepting bitcoin as form of payment. bitcoin is very strong when it comes to online payments. that's its strength. there are more than 100,000 merchants currently accepting bitcoin.... the only thing i would like to see be different is that there must also be physical stores accepting bitcoin. but that will take some time.
1362  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: April 21, 2016, 11:01:03 AM
My best investment strategy is find a new fresh HYIP then invest on it for short term plan. after that withdrawal all your bitcoin from that HYIP and find a new fresh HYIP again. Repeat.

that's not an investment strategy. it's gambling that you are doing. the only difference with gambling and hyip is that you know that you put money into a scam with hyip's. that's quite sad to be honest.

This strategy will not be helpful in long run I guess, its better to invest in gold, stock, bitcoin and real estate out of which at least one product will give us best returns on our investments.

from everything bitcoin is the best possible investment some one can make. gold is also good as investment but mainly for storing value. some people even buy plenty of gold because they believe the us dollar will collapse and that people will hoard huge loads of gold.
1363  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: April 21, 2016, 10:45:21 AM
I still think the bitcoin will be the major reserve currency in 20 years. Most people will use it by that time.

it's impossible to know what will happen in 20 years time. we don't even know if bitcoin is still around by that time. maybe it will get replaced by something else, or governments will completely ban all kinds of bitcoin usage. no one knows.
1364  Economy / Speculation / Re: If we hold 300... on: April 21, 2016, 10:24:04 AM
prices will continue rising. and now the price has already approached 450 USD. If you buy at the price of 300USD then iru is a very lucky thing. big profits will be obtained.

it has nothing to do with luck. do you remember back in 2015 that the price was stuck below the $300 price level for such a long time? people had enough chances and time to buy themselves enough coins at these levels. but instead of buying, they were waiting for the price to go even lower. and now you see that it does pay off when you use your trading experience. people that bought below $300 and kept holding are now having a big smile.

that is right. I bought some when the price was around $220 at that time. I think it is still good price to buy now.
I didn't bought any coins at that time, I think it's good to buy at that moment when price was below $300, those people who did that can earn more during the time of halving.

I think the price around $420 is a good buy. The price will rise a lot after the halving and block size increase.

it depends, if the block halving pump will only last a very short time, then you have to make sure you sell before the price comes down again. if you have bought that low then just keep holding a while longer. my selling target is a few days before the block halving as i believe the price will reach its highest point by that time.
1365  Economy / Speculation / Re: $350 will be the bottom on: April 21, 2016, 09:47:02 AM
Yes, undoubtedly it seems an interesting support level but I can see a more likely bullish scenario because of the current stability of the bitcoin price and the interesting events to come. I think the price hardly will touch the $370 level again during the next months.
And I think the hardly will be able to touch the $400 again within the next month, now it will continue to increase rapidly and at the halving the price will increase to double the current value.
Yeah have already surpassed $400 so we are now going to reach for $500. I predict that it is going to happen this years and with in 2 months. If not it would be very disappointing.

the speculation aspect of the upcoming block halving will definitely push the price over the $500 price level before the halving, but i don't know how long that price level will hold. without enough buy support it will most likely tank to $450's again after the halving. one thing is sure, the coming months will be more than interesting for traders as there will be a lot volatility and price swings. so even if the price falls back down, you already have made good amounts of profit during that time if you know how to trade.
1366  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: April 21, 2016, 09:42:29 AM
of course it can happen...but it is non-sense.
$500 is already high and it will be risky to buy so high.

if you are short term minded, then yes, the $500 price level can be seen as high. but people that are looking for a long term investment of at least a few years can buy at todays price without any problems. there is a lot room for further growth of the price.
1367  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 21, 2016, 09:38:31 AM
look bitcoin price now the price is skyrocket more than 10% in 1month Roll Eyes
so for me better to invest my money at bitcoin.
to invest in bitcoin it always be a good time to buy / invest it anytime especially when the situation like now the price move up slowly but sure.

but overall better to split between invest and save it , let's say 35% to invest and the rest to save.

yeah, now is the time to invest in bitcoin as with that he can see his bitcoins increasing with a good pace, after that when the halving occur he can redeem his money and can save them but saving do not benefit to anyone, only invest can make a man rich and wealthy.

people should have started with investing while the price was still below $400 not long ago. those people that waited with buying till now have missed a great chance to buy low. that's how you make good profits. but it's still not too late if you buy now and hold them for a long time.
1368  Economy / Economics / Re: How much bitcoin did you earn per day and what kind of method did you use? on: April 21, 2016, 09:35:21 AM
my method is simply buying low and selling high alongside day trading if there is enough volume and volatility. on these days i can make around 0.10btc per day. but as i said, only on days with enough volume and volatility.
1369  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: April 20, 2016, 02:04:19 PM
I am buying at a moment as I feel that this is the best time to buy as price is low at a moment and it can give us best returns in future for sure.

best times for buying were when the price was well below the $400 price level. people have had enough time to buy themselves plenty of coins at these price levels. right now i think it's just a fair price to enter the market. it's not low and not high. just make sure you keep holding the coins that you buy for a long time. don't sell them directly when you see the price increased with $20 / $30.
1370  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin hits 400$ mark on: April 20, 2016, 02:00:19 PM
It will hit the 500$ mark after 6 months cause bitcoin is in a strong pace right now. It will continue to go up everyweek.

i think bitcoin will reach $500 again within 2 months. i'm only not sure whether we can keep the price at that level for long, but we will definitely touch it.
1371  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 20, 2016, 10:46:10 AM
Yeah the price is one of the most important of not the most important thing in Bitcoins. The price decided if the Bitcoin users are going to buy, sell or just wait for the price to change. So the price does matter allot here.

the price is indeed the most important aspect of bitcoin. some people still think this isn't the case. from miners to just the average bitcoiner, every one is constantly looking at what the price is doing. the price is also very important as it attracts fresh money from new traders.

Indeed price is the most important thing for bitcoin the higher its price the more user, investor and stakers will be attract by it.  And can catch the eyes of online business sector. And everyone will sure look for price will be high annually and for now dont sell your bitcoin you can earn even double or triple for this halving event come price will rise but we can predict what is the exact price after halving and speculators says it will reach to 700$ hoping its true

bitcoin has so much potential profits that it can gain throughout the years, that only this possibility already is attracting a lot people to invest in bitcoin. if there was no potential profit to be made, then they wouldn't waste any time on it. i am not sure if the price will reach $700 this year. i personally think not. i am happy with the price touching $600.
1372  Economy / Speculation / Re: Back to the 300s we go. on: April 20, 2016, 10:33:18 AM
More like soon to be RIP 300's, but ok
Yeah I do not think that we are going to see the $300 any time soon. We have left it behind us for a long time now so unless the price does not make a big drop we wont be seeing it any more.

as long as there isn't bad news popping up making people panic sell, then we'll definitely not going to see $300 prices again. but i have seen people get happy too early plenty of times because the price looked very calm and all, and not long after that the price tanked significantly. with bitcoin you must prepare yourself literally for anything that can happen. it's full of surprises.
1373  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will never reach $700 again on: April 20, 2016, 10:27:18 AM
$500 SOON IN THIS WEEK Roll Eyes

i wish it was so easy, but i don't think we'll see the price hit $500 this week. as high we might see the price go to around $450 before going back down again.
1374  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: April 20, 2016, 10:12:12 AM
I will just say, the biggest problem to Bitcoin being adopted,  or 1000x bigger than it already is..  It's the on ramp ! If government's would get the fuck out of the way. Stop regulating the shit out of the on ramp. Cut the AML/KYC bullshit, and let people, banks, business freely exchange Btc for fiat, or credit cards. Allow boarderless transactions. It would be huge, and most if not every business would accept it, and why not? Who wouldn't want another flavor of ice cream.

Even with 100% adoption of bitcoin globally still it can't replace fiat.

Another flavor of ice cream is just an option and not meant for replacement it as a whole.

i seriously hope that bitcoin will never replace fiat money. purely because of the fact that governments will take serious actions against bitcoin if it grows too large. if we at some point manage to have 5-10% of the people in the world to use bitcoin, then bitcoin's mission has succeeded. from out of nothing it made the world know bitcoin is here to stay.
1375  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 20, 2016, 10:08:35 AM

1376  Economy / Economics / Re: The $1 Million Dollar Bitcoin on: April 20, 2016, 10:04:24 AM
It is just not possible right now to have a one million dollar Bitcoin. It can happen in the future but even then I am not sure if that will ever happen. We have to focus on the current price and focus about the future later.

$1,000,000 will never become reality. i can't see the point of some one speculating about $1,000,000 while we haven't even gone through the $1000 price level again. well said about that we have to focus on the current price, i only don't think other people will understand this as well.
1377  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: April 19, 2016, 08:00:43 PM
I believe that it is not a good thing to sell everything at once because there is a possibility that you will regret it. There is a chance that the price still goes up after you sold everything so you lose money there.

Yeah, truly should never sell everything at once as the price is not same everytime when we think of bitcoin. Bitcoin price continues varying with high fluctuations and only at times we can experience stable price.

Well if we can fully take advantage of the fluctuation of the bitcoin price and sell all our coin wouldnt it be nice to gain more profit than having to profit just a portion since you said that we should never sell everything.

that's why i have a certain part purely for trading purposes beside the coins that i most likely will not sell in the coming years. this allows me to increase my coin count while i also see my coins gain in value.
1378  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: April 19, 2016, 06:43:34 PM
It is not that Bitcoin can not replace fiat it is just that it wont.
at least not in our life time. But it will still be very useful people will adopt it to a degree.
Well time will come when people will use bitcoin and it may be accepted as a payment system in almost all countries, but replacing fiat is hard as bitcoin is only a digital currency and not the real money.

Governments will never let it happen as bitcoin is the threat to them and the entire banking system, bitcoin will widely used and accepted but it will never replace fiat.

i completely agree with you. that's one of the very few posts that actually makes sense. governments will never allow that to happen as they will lose out very hard. they will miss out on billions of profits each year. bitcoin is the great alternative. not a main currency.
1379  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: April 19, 2016, 06:39:22 PM
The moment you invest in bitcoin that is considered a sure profit and bitcoin price will go up because bitcoin has a bright and good future ahead.

nothing will give you a guaranteed profit, even not bitcoin. you need to make sure you buy at lower levels and sell at higher levels to make profit. if you don't know when to buy, and buy at peaks and later see the price tank significantly, then where is your sure profit? weak hands will sell in panic to avoid making even bigger losses.
1380  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN going up or down on: April 19, 2016, 05:47:55 PM
The bitcoin is going up because of the halving that is coming this year, this year will be a very good year for the bitcoin if everything will goes like it has been planed by bitcoin itself, Most likely we all gonna make profit this year.

the price has indeed been going up due to the block halving, but it won't go up endlessly. i think the real effect on the price will be much lower than many of us expect. if you focus on reaching $550 to maybe $600 then it might actually happen. but i can't see it much higher than that.
