Can money be saved in gambling sites? Yes money can be saved there, but the problem with gambling sites is that they can close if they do not have much traffic to their platforms, they can be hacked to the point of no return as they lose all their money, they can pull an exit scam... I think the reasons not to keep money on a gambling platform outweigh the reasons why you can save on these sites. For anybody that loves their peace of mind better keep a small amount you can afford to lose and be able to play with if you choose to gamble.
this thread reminds of me of what happened to Stake recently where they just got hacked. not sure if the coins of the users were also compromised but hopefully not after all Stake is very rich and can refund all.

My preference: Big capital, small risk
If you are in it for the long term wins, maybe the best combination is big capital, small risk for higher winning opportunities.. though this isn't guaranteed to work has gambling is a 50-50 activity, but then again when we talk about risk management we might want to minimize our risk exposure by playing with small capital for the big risk combination but here winning percentage is automatically low as you arent winning regularly.
But unfortunately if we compare the two side by side, someone wagering $1000 on small risk games is better off than someone placing $100 bets on 5 odds that only wins after 6,7,8 tries as the losses will add up and the player is likely going to start chasing their losses...unless the small capital guy wins regularly then he/she could have a better hand and bankroll.
Btw if you go with the Big capital, small risk then you need a winning percentage greater than 50% otherwise you are in the negative, as for the small capital big risk, if capital isn't a problem and you play win a minimum of 5odds then you need a winning percentage of not less than 35% and you win still be profitable, so choose wisely.

I think a game of Monopoly fits the profile for what you can teach kids with, especially since it shows them the power of money in building an empire in real estate, being able to pay fines to avoid jail, and all that. To be honest, I think it is among the few games you will get that today that will teach anybody into board games a lesson in Wealth management. The Monopoly game is only a simplified investment simulator. And the fact that a child plays the game well will not guarantee a result for him if he does not master the skills of an investor, but perhaps the game will shape the child’s interest in studying finance.
Simplified investment simulator yes but getting to study finance I don't think so, maybe develop an interest in a high paying job to be able to build one's empire, and if its a kid its the parent / guardian to guide the child on which professions/occupations will make this possible. |

I want the reason behind someone given a fiction story to the forum. First and foremost giving a fictitious story isn't really against the forum as this could be done as a way to get the conversation going, though if you lie about something happening against another user and this is proved you could actually be negatively tagged for it! Other reasons could be: - trying to get merit for it
- trying to meet signature quota
- its someone's nature and it is in their DNA
- attention seeking
I want ask a question as an old forum user, is it not prohibited when someone discussed something that is not contrary to bitcoin education in this board. Prohibited don't think so but It depends on where this lie is being told and if it's being directed to a user then the narative changes as this could be a reputation case... Instead of formulating what is not real to write, it's better to make research of bitcoin and educate others through your research, some people make some posts without making it to be informative, some gives testimonies of their achievement with bitcoin without proven the evidence. I think we are to exchange of bitcoin knowledge and share experience's of bitcoins to each other not to give a fake information of what Bitcoin has done to you without evidence.
Telling lies is about having that moral campus, and besides even in real life we have people that will narrate a real life story with a little bit of some lies in it just to make it more interesting to the listerners/readers . |

Am pretty sure that when Binance services aren't offered in one country, for example country A as OP put it, usually these guys will just geofence all IPs from country A to deny anybody from there from using their services.
And if you so happen to have dual citizenship from country Bor C and register for a new account from a whitelisted territory, then there is no reason to ban you unless you use a bank card connected to the old account or something...
Otherwise new account, new documents, and using the same name gets you a new identity as we have lots of people with the same names!

It actually adds up, these scammers might not be after funds possibly lost on FTX, but other exchange accounts might be the target as they harvest user data that they can use later on, especially knowing that we crypto users usually get to use more than one exchange for different reasons! Secondly, what seems to be a red flag from that claiming process is how poorly they have infused the need to undergo KYC by them making it optional and then later saying " unverified KYC status will be deemed unverified and the Debtors reserve to object such claims on missing or incomplete KYC info" That line alone is off and best to verify this from their official social media accounts or get news from our reputable crypto news outlets.
Based on the search cache in my browser, the claims portal page used to be as follows: http s://claims.ftx.com/kroll-portal Then a few days ago I read this thread that their restructuring agency had a data breach. I think they have canceled cooperation in this case considering the link above is no longer available. Data breach you don't say, anybody affected by this should handle this with due diligence! I mean when such an occurrence happens isn't ample time supposed to be given to its clients, but here timeline is tight my guess, this is meant to cause panic and prompt users to give up their data for their coins..btw any emails of any sort as a reminder to claim as they should have this info on file if the verification process is real  |

Trading is certainly not for everyone especially since the numbers show that only 1% of traders are actually profitable But then again skills like trading aren't airdropped at any of us... Someone has to practice, fail , practice again until they master this art and it all starts from being a beginner in this art regardless of the outcome. Besides the road to success is sometimes through failure, and giving up because you failed once shouldn't be the reason for not giving it another try, but should trading negatively affect your health, and financial wellbeing then it is a valid reason to give up!!! Don't follow the crowd, follow what has profitably proven to work for you. In cryptocurrency market it is time that makes the difference in our profit-making.

I know for certain you can track which miner mines the block and what time this happened, but Is it even possible for a miner to return such a good reward?? As far as am concerned miners look forward to harvesting such block rewards because they know that these mistakes always happen & will not stop today either and you can not blame anybody for such a costly mistake, besides why bother with the fees when 8 out of 10 times the fees suggested by the wallet app will usually be adequate enough for you not to wait all day for a single confirmation Whatever is happening here, this guy has learnt the hard way!
Edit Saw this in the news yesterday, and like it was stated there, the pool that took the fees have already set it aside giving the owner of the transaction 3 days to come forward and claim back the fees. And it was also learnt that the wallet that sent this transaction likely belonged to an exchange, and the high fees was as a result of faulty or software that malfunctioned   lucky whale/exchange hope they make the claim as time is counting down |

In order for Bitcoin to be widely used for payments, it is necessary to stabilize price fluctuations. I don't think this will be possible to achieve as not everyone is treating BTC as a currency, others see it as a store of value and whenever Bitcoin price goes up..then it's more than likely that they will sell to recoup some from this move hence stabilizing price fluctuations is almost impossible...besides price fluctuations are a good thing as they show the power of supply and demand or tag of war between sellers and buyers & if this isn't present price would be in an equilibrium where price fluctuations are minimal.

Well, nothing in this world is totally stable. But fiat is stable enough (well, in most countries) to be used as currency. "Nothing in this world is totally stable," agreed!! And the thing with currencies is that the common person only sees 1 dollar and looks stable to everyone, but unfortunately, there is a whole lot going on with fiat that we don't see and traders will tell us the dollar needs to be quoted with its other digits to make it look like this $1.0881 and its constantly changing which shows its not really stable . |

I have had a similar experience of having a good 9 leg accumulator bet mixed with some live games which was just paying slightly above 10k off a $50 bet and by the way, am not a fan of these accumulator bets as I believe it is the fastest way to lose money but this one was different, and I went for it and this included the most dreadful team..Manchester United, and you can guess these guys conceded first as always and having more than half of the teams in green with about 3 to go...my cashout offer I had disappeared and here I was wishing I had taken it but unfortunately these small football teams come with big boy pants and United never got to win that game & that's how I missed out on a big win off a small wager. Thats why these days I limit my accumulators to 3 to 4 games max to reduce my risk of losing.
