Nice to see us still making a positive gain while BTC and the majority of the top 25 alts have dropped.

No wonder NEM is da deadeds, this thread right now is just Punky whining about having to spend $5000 to do his SuperNodeMajigger and then Mr. Portland offering some kind of weird ponzi chyieeet...

Probably time to sell the XEM and buy back when it hit 60 satoshi...   Shocked

Please, donŽt bother buying back in, cause weŽll never get rid of you then  Smiley

@ nzminer: Alice is just the name of some pretty consistant nodes, but i go to nodeexplorer and try all the nodes, which are on the latest version, 0.6.31, because older ones will kick you out (without you noticing, when you closed the client), when they update, anyway.

And no, you donŽt have to wait. When you put in a new IP of a node in "settings", you go to the "Start delegated harvesting" button immediately . Try to start that, and if no work (Oops, bla bla . .), insert next IP immediately, try again, until you get the button to show:"Stop delegated harvesting".
Many nodes are fully occupied, so just try until you get no more "Oopses"  Smiley

The waiting thing and 6 XEM-fee applies only to the initial "activate (generally) delegated harvesting", on the top right, ONCE only.

Thanks for that info, this was helpful, i think ive got it going now, so hopefully its all good. i will know in 24 hours i guess.

When your importance is high, and youŽre lucky, you could catch a block in a few minutes. I did.
But, open your wallet and check back regularly, because youŽll get kicked off a node, for various reasons, quite often. Then just "Start delegated harvesting" again, but if "Oops", put in a new one, start again.

The point is, to finally find nodes, that donŽt kick you off every day, thats the hard part it seems.

Btw. recently i added an existing account of mine to the wallet and just couldnŽt get it to start delegated harvesting on this account, so i deactivated (at top right) the delegated harvesting (for this account), paid 6 Xem, waited for 6 hours, and activated it again (another 6 Xem and 6 hours), started the delegated harvesting again and voila, it worked. But this process was an exception, well i hope.
( so, the initial 6 Xem "activate del. harv." works only on an existing account, IF activated IN the specific wallet, where i added it to ) .

I really hope, all this gets simpler in the future, i mean, noobs have probably not thaat much patience for all this . .

But NEM is daeded anyway, somebody said (thereŽs a "TaunSew"-fanclub allready)   Smiley

OK, this is interesting to learn, i will have to keep an eye on this, local harvesting has been good, i can harvest a few blocks per day. Its just that i dont want to leave my PC on all day, if i get a raspberry Pi i can harvest with using little power.

Interesting to see how most alts are making a gain, yet BTC is actually on a decline! Grin

I agree, i cant figure out how to get my delegated harvesting to work either. I have harvested some blocks but all have been harvested with local harvesting, delegated harvesting will give me no blocks.
I have set my node to 79.76.113.22

Maybe the node is too often a block or two behind. You can try one of the alice servers.

OK, what is an alice server?
Anyway do i have to stop delegated harvesting everytime i change a node or can i change it at any time without having to wait 12 hours between stopping and starting?

Thanks for the explanation/clarification. I forgot to configure the settings. TBH, I didnt see it guides at ournem, maybe there were written somewhere. Anyway, I clicked activate delegated harvesting without any settings. So, It will be harvesting on local node.

I think I have to change settings to harvest on a remote node when 360 blocks passed for activation. Then, I should reactivate for delegated harvesting with new settings, is that correct?

You don't need to reactivate delegate harvesting after changing the settings. Just change settings to point to a remote node and start harvesting.

Thanks for the answer. I was really confused about how delegated harvesting works. I think it will be good if this questions/answers are added to FAQ at ournem.
Regards...

i just wanna thank all the trolls in here who are repeatedly bumping our thread in this bitcointalk forum,
some are even helping us bump it multiple times a day thereby spreading the Dash name-regnonition
even further. Honestly, we couldnt have done all this Dash name-regnonition increase without you guys.

So on behalf of the Dash community :

At least its giving dashcoin alot of exposure that they never had before! Grin

Hey scammers, which version do you like better?

ROFL

The no text has a cleaner look, while the other looks more cluttered but really tells the story.

I don't see 1 adress with 1.5 million of Dash

https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-darkcoin-addresses.html

So please, go at home, asshole

For comparison

http://bitcoinrichlist.com/top100

You're right, there's no way the HUGE INTENTIONAL INSTAMINE could have been spread to other addresses  Roll Eyes

If only there was some kind of PROOF that 1.5 million coins were mined in the first 8 hours... oh wait, what's this:

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for input on how to improve the above DASH graphics into a more user-friendly format. I've also created a new Dashtalk account and look forward to cross-posting all the relevant information.

I was tempted........... but No.

No, exactly. Deep breaths and count to ten.
Like a screaming toddler, it will eventually just pass.

Unfortunately for you and the rest of the Dashtards, the fraudulent premine/instamine Evan tried to convince you was "Just a bug... whoops!" isn't going anywhere. Maybe it's time for another rebrand!

I also love how Evan schemed his way into millions of dollars worth of premine/instamine (purely by accident of course) but still couldn't be bothered to show up to your little circle jerk event. Speaks volumes doesn't it.

Not very professional to even claim it was a bug and then let alone try and "fix" what really was just an intentional way to reduce coin supply.

As I already wrote on the official NEM forum:"Are you kidding me? 9 BTC for 1 oz of gold, which is worth 5 BTC? Good luck."
I wasn't banned. I didn't get bad karma (I don't care anyway). Who ever think it's a good idea to buy this silver and gold coins, has too much money.
But who cares? Let them buy, it's their decision. End of story. It has nothing to do with the project itself. It's just a marketing-thing, like NXT did, too.

And 3 million XEM is fair enough for me. Not because I have more than enough XEM, but I get the problem, that people will run too many nodes and earn all the rewards. But we are still discussing it, so I don't get why you (jadedjack) startet this childish and headless action and deleted everything. That's really stupid. Enough from me about this. It's not about persons, it's about the project. Again: End of story.

Feel free to come back, jadedjack. You have my blessing. Wink

I think that 2.25 million is more fair as this is the amount that you got from a NEMstake and i have been loyal and not dumped anything and others would have dumped after the initial dump and bought back tons of NEM anyway, so there always will be big bag holders, but i dont think the extra 750K of NEM is not enough to make alot of difference.

Dont understand much about how these NEM nodes will work but basically i dont know where the 70K of NEM per day comes from?
1452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: May 27, 2015, 09:14:14 PM

Never had an issue firing up run.bat before...  always managed to change the Java paths successfully even if I did...  or just used mega-thread run.bat versions if I had to!   Grin

I can't get NRS to stay open this time though...  crashes immediately way before any database stuff shows up...  any ideas?   Undecided

No such issues for me.

If you say crash, do you mean the black command window disappearing right away? If so, make sure that there is no "orphaned" java process still blocking the db (kill all java.exe processes with the taskmanager or reboot the pc, then try again starting run.bat).

Otherwise you could post the crash/error message you see in the nxt.log file.

My NRS doesnt seem to be working properly with this new version either, java window stays open as usual
last line in the window says ON_EXIT=FALSE;MVCC=TRUE;CACHE_SIZE=262144

and i cant get NRS in my browser

Another coin that is dead from launch!
Scrypt mining... Check!
100 Billion coins... Check!
This is just rebranded Dogecoin, nothing new or unique to attract me sorry.
I'm sorry you think this to be true considering Bunnycoin's user base and community are actually quite large.

LOL where are they?
this thread is only 14 pages long!

Yay!
Harvested my first block that contained a fee!
Got 10 XEM, now i want to try delegated harvesting again but want a good node to use.

Find one on : http://www.nodeexplorer.com/

Normally you could check on nembex which ones have a long uptime (however,  due to the release of  0.6.30 yesterday you better choose one which is on 0.6.30 allready  Wink )

Just copy/paste the IP from nodeexplorer and see if it works.

good luck  Cool

Thanks will try that, just one question, do i have to leave my machine running on for the whole 6 hours to activate delegated harvesting, or can i safely shut down once i enable delegated harvesting? Smiley

Just reading about the proposed NEM Nodes for the network.
As a loyal stakeholder who did not dump, i think its only fair that the 3million NEM threshold should be dropped and made in favour of 2.25 million NEM which is the amount of one NEMstake.

Any thoughts?
I also dont know how the 70K of NEM per day comes about, thats alot of NEM!
There must be alot of transactions to pay for this, but is is a random "draw" that each day a random node will be selected for payout?
